Snake is a game on the internet, which is like the first version of Picnic. Picnic was probably made from the idea of Snake because it is well-known and people all over love to play it.

It is similar and it was obviously "inspired" by Snake, but the graphics are better and it is slightly easier because you can see the paths you need to take to get the food items. On Snake, you have to have better timing because there are no paths, just an empty board and the food item.
