Problems Printing Certificate

My Lil St. Bernard got a certificate and insisted I print it. It printed fine for a few inches, then after that it was just a great block of green. Is anyone else having a problem printing their certificate?

That's a good question because my friend just asked me the same thing yesterday.

When she was printing her certificate, it also went all crazy and turned green. I don't know why though but I should try it out myself and see what happens.
