My little hints for Hungry Hog 2

I just discovered a few little things that might help those who just started, or are just plain unobservant.

1.The veggies seem to be worth more points than the junk food, so I recommend eating EVERYTHING on the screen. They also lay out some more foods on the screen, which makes for more points.

I am going to keep a running total of junk vs. veggie points along with killing bees for each level. If you get to a level not yet listed, please do keep track and report back your findings.

Level 1:
Junk: 10 points
Vegetables: 20 points
Bees: 15 points
Putting on Helmet: 5 points

More levels to come. I promise, I can get past the first level!

2.Only use the helmets when you have a few bees near you. That way, you don't waste your helmet power.

I know these are pretty basic little things, but I hope I helped.

Here are some more tips:

Try to get the veggies first because otherwise as you clear a part of the board you will have to go back to get the new foods.

On the higher levels, to avoid the bees, they can only detect you if you are in direct line, (like a heat senser), so if you hide, behind some of the bushes they CAN'T detect you therefore you can avoid being chased.

I tease the bees, I find that it is well worth the extra points to kill them so I get in a row where they can sense me, then I run for my helmet and attack, it is a quick way to add up points and while your board is clear of bees you can clear things faster.

The veggies give you a speed boost. The junk food slows you down. So if you have a bee on your tail, try to avoid eating anything other than a veggie.

As you get to the higher boards, I find it best to grab the veggies first, then clear smaller sections at a time, using helmets, as needed.

The veggies take away 50 points, but often give more than 5 pieces of junk food. 5 pieces of junk food = 50 pts.

Eating an immunity pill gives you 50 points.

Eating a bee gives you 100 pts.

You get an extra life after each 5,000 points.

My best tip is safety first - stay away from the bees and don't tease them on higher levels - there's too many pieces of junk food to maneuver around. Also, on higher levels, and especially those with a lot of veggies, use one immunity pill to clear the veggies, and one to clear the junk food.

Lol, Mama! I was wondering how come I had never seen those pills! I can't get the original game to even load sounds like it is very similar however.

Oh, gosh absolutely don't tease the bees in the higher levels, ouch! Good point
