Hungry Hog issues

My AMAZING son got up to level 25 on Hungry Hog and level 16 or 17 on HH 2.
today the times that he has done that, after the game was done we got the end screen with the piggy bank and then got the please wait and logged off of webkinz.
anyone else have this problem???

i remember seeing a thread about Ganz basically saying that those levels are imposible to acheive or something like that so are not counting it.

my son is so sad that his high score is not coming up as the high score on our screen althoughi think the last time they added our KC.

*btw this was on our asian account where it is the game of the day. not sure if that's part of the issue or not.

what is the highest level of HH and HH2 that you have acheived?

I was just playing HH(1) and got logged out too! I got my KC, but tried click arcade and it logged me out! my high score is 6420, which I think was like level 6. you son IS amazing!

Sorry that happend. I love this game and my highest score is like 26,000. Since the news wasn't coming up on my asian acct, I was worried that the KC wouldn't show up if I played the game. I always play a small quick game just to test to see if the KC bonus will take effect.

what i don't understand if the impossible score thing is true is why there are levels for that.
as in if it's supposedly impossible to get up to level 25 then why even create it?

i'm not actually sure how you could cheat at that game either or any of the games for that matter. perhaps they're just not expecting people to be that good or to put in 2 hours on one game or something like that, but i don't know. if it keeps up i think i will contact ganz and tell them that it is actually my son who does it and his big concern is his high score is not showing. my concern is the KC because mommy likes the rares (lol) but i figure if he puts in the time he should get the reward.

I don't think that's it today... I have been having this same problem with all games that "take awhile." I have played tile towers, Zingoz Pop and Hide'N'Skunk, all which take a long time if you achieve a decent amount of levels. When I get done, I get the piggy bank, my screen is frozen, etc. If I close the window (sometimes I can still click "LOGOUT" go figure) and log back in I do have the money. I had not achieved a high score, so I don't know if the glitch is affecting that or not. I do sincerely think that this is something going on with the illusion of inactivity while you're in a game and not Webkinz thinking you're cheating. Hope that makes you feel a little better.

he got up to level 29 today and it did the same thing, although he likes the fact that we can at least save it.

well horray i guess was a minor glitch and it has ben fixed after several log outs and back in the KC is there as well as the scores have been registered as the high scores. my boy will be so happy to see them there all the time now, although he likes our new wallpaper on the desktop which is the pic of his high score. i figured i'd save it there sp he could at least see it but now i think it will be up forever becasue he likes it so much.
i am glad it got fixed i couldn't log into my account for about 15 mins or so kept gettng the green screen so i guess that's when they fixed it.

Im sorry that happened to you, this has never happened to me and I usually get around that score a lot. My highest score is 31870
