Is it just me, or is Goober's Lab harder?

Longtime lurker finally signed up in order to shake my fist and say, "Yes! Goober's Lab has changed, and not in a good way!" I used to make it to level 20 and up at least half the time. Now I'm routinely seeing "no more moves" at level 8 or 9. The earliest was... wait for it... level 3.

I used to find the game relaxing. Now it's kinda frustrating, especially when I'm playing on my niece's account to earn her some KC on my lunch hour. (My, how that child can shop.) I've pretty much stopped playing Goober's in Tournament mode, after the umpteenth time that I failed to get the KC (nothing huge, mind you, maybe 400-500 KC). Seems OK in the Arcade so far, but it really isn't relaxing anymore, now that I can't make a session last the way it used to. I miss that. And I'll stop whining now.

I have never made it to level 20 but I used to regularly get to 14 and 15. Now I can't seem to get past level 8. It seems harder to me, too. It also seems like the trophies are harder to get, too. I got 3 Cash Cow trophies in less than a week. Then it took me almost a month to get another one.

Yes, I think all of the games have changed since a couple of weeks ago. Some are harder and others are much easier.

Okay, maybe it's just me. I just did another game, and got to level 13.

Me too, exactly same situation. Iused to make it in the mid 20 levels, but now I pan out on 7, 9 and 13(rarely) seems the more I play the better it gets and I did make it to 15,once.

As for the trophy, I got 3, however in order to get them, I had to play a long time(hours).

Might be a good idea to conduct a poll, to really get a sense of what's going on??

Happy first post! i don't play the games but my mom used to play goober's lab all the time now she does not. it is pretty hard, tho.

I've been playing goobers since june, and I've never got past level 12, How irritating. I run out of moves far too fast. I've only entered the tournaments a couple times, and been second once. Good enough for me. I didn't even know you get trophies....

I was never an "expert" in Goober's Lab, but even as a newbie could get to level 12 before blowing up. I almost never blow up now, but will almost always get the "No more moves" message sometime between levels four and nine. RARELY as far as level 12. I was really getting frustrated because I know I was doing better at building the four- and five- atom sets. So thanks, everyone, for making me feel better. I thought it was just me.

I have to agree with all of you. I used to get trophys all the time in Goober's and Cash Cow. Now I make it to about 9 or 10 and get the no more moves thing. UGGG. And Cash Cow I used to get trophies alot, but no more, even when I get a string of 30 to 35, still no trophy. So Yup, it's not just you and your brain turning to mush. Ganz is just getting greedier and greedier. But I still keep right on playing, silly me I guess.

its just you just kidding seriously tho i have noticed that it seems to take much longer to get to the higher levels and lately i have not been able to get many 4 or 5 atoms in a row. but ganz has been making games harder look at what they did to smoothie moves.

ohh my brain was already mush good luck and may you split many atoms
