Help with slow response on candy bash2

Hi - I'm looking for help on why candy bash2, the star search and a few other games are running choppy. I just purchased a new laptop because my desktop was running way slow on the internet. When I play candy bash 2 the graphics are very choppy. When I click to shoot it stops and then starts again. Laptop has 3GB shared dual channel DDR2 at 667MHZ for memory, 250 GB hard drive and Intel Graphics Media accelerator X3100 for the video card. From what I've been reading this is an OK video card and common on laptops. Other games are running fine, so not sure what is going on. I am getting reset every 10 minutes again tonight but wasn't during the day. Didn't try candy bash2 until tonight. Anybody have any ideas?

Hmmm, maybe it's WW. It's been glitchy these days. If it's only that game, it probably is WW. We just need to wait until all the glitche are fixed.

That's odd. If you have a bad connection, it will show on certain games/areas which use a constant download stream of data, as opposed to games that load it all beforehand and then send the results at the end. Have you called whatever company you have the internet through and gotten that checked? Might want to do that, if things don't smooth out for you soon. That's my 2 cents for ya.

from what you have said your computer is more than up to the task or runnig anything in WW it is most likley either WW or your net conection but just to be safe check for driver updates for your computors graphics card as this may be the problem (but i doubt it, never hurts to check) lso try clearing your internet cache as this may fix the problem... I hope this helps.

I have heard multiple people say that they are getting "reset" in WW every 10-20 minutes. It has not happened to me since Oct 2. But, everything has been slower since their updates on Oct 1st. Yesterday, I played Home Before Dark and I usually can get past round 10; but yesterday I couldn't make it past round 5. My "controls" were very sluggish, but the sun went down as usually and was not sluggish (the sun going down is like a timer). It is probably not your computer. WW has been having a lot of issues lately.
