I don't think it's right but, webkinz may feel that an adult is playing the game, reaching a score that a kid or tween would only be able to get with help or an adult playing the game.
Whatever the reason I think that there should at least be a warning before discounting the score and taking the kc away.
I never heard of htis before. thanks for posting!

Next time, quit at Level 21. That's the highest level (reported) you can get to without losing all that money.
