The trophy is still available...i would know because it is the only trophy i can seem to earn anymore! the odds of getting the trophy are pretty slim. i must be lucky because i have maybe filled up the report card 20 times and have gotten 2 trophies! be patient and make sure you use the clock stickers in higher levels to pause the time because those really come in handy!
