This happened to me too, close out the game and you'll get the money you had already earned I believe, and when you open the game up again it'll work right

It happened to me a couple of weeks ago with the Booger gets an A game. I did notice that during the Bonus round, it changed from the NaN to display the KC amount. At the end I did receive my money. It has only happened to me the once.

I got booted out of Zacky's Quest on level 15 the other day. I did not get my money. I was far from pleased. Booger has been very well bahaved for me though.

That's actually happened to me quite a bit as well. When I exit out though I normally get my money. I never get the money when WebKinz locks up though!
