Booger Porblems :)

Lately I've been having this problem with the Booger game. I fill up my card completely then the next round I need to start on my second card. Well in this round when I get my stickers they aren't being awarded. I can even get each sticker more than once and I still won't get them. Booger even says "That's a Sticker" but still I don't get them. So on the level that follows me not getting my stickers I will finally start earning them again. But for some reason, the level following my first full card will not award me stickers. Is this a glitch? Does this always happen every time and I haven't noticed? Or does it just happen to me?
