I'm willing to give my left middle toe for 2 red unicorn dice, but a trade for other dice sure would be preferable. The trading rooms sound like a good idea, but first of all they're always full and secondly you'd have to find somebody with an unopened dice pack. I'm guessing most folks in the trading room have other stuff they want to trade, and it would be a rare chance indeed to find someone with an unopened pack of exactly the one you wanted to trade. A trading room for specific types of items sounds like a good way to go. A room for cards, dicekinz, furniture, food, etc. That way you could know what to expect. As far as I know getting lucky in the trading room is one way, the other is thru this site, which involves jumping through hoops before you can trade with others. One of them is having at least 50 non-fluff posts. Here's a link to the rules. It seems like there should be an easier way, but I guess a community is required if the trades are based on trust. Anyway, their first rule is: 1. DON'T Talk about GE-club. Just kidding, it's actually: 1. Please DO NOT offer exchanges outside of the GE. Exchanging items in the open forum is not allowed. DO NOT make posts about what you have, want, or will trade. It’s a big No-No and may result in a longer wait for you to be allowed into the TS.

So I just managed to get into the trading room (used the orange zone, then clicked "Find me a room" repeatedly). Someone invited me to a table but when I tried to drag a dice pack to the table it said "This item cannot be traded". I read on the clubhouse forum that storage items can't be traded, but I can't imagine why they'd not allow dice packs... Last edited by capitan; 05-28-2008 at 04:58 PM..
