Playing with a Friend?

Do any of you successfully play against someone on your Friend List? I've tried and tried - my granddaughter and I want to play against each other b/c we both love the game. But after one of us has accepted the invitation to play and the page is sitting there blank ... Blue Screen . . . "Waiting for Other Player", the game just won't start. Then we both (or one of us at least) gets a message saying it timed out while waiting for the other player. It just won't work. So far, we can only play against the computer. Any ideas or help? Thanks.

I haven't tried this particular game with a friend, I can't find anyone who enjoys it as much as I do, LOL. BUT I know that alot of people were getting the same thing when trying to use the tournament arena. Sorry, that's not much help but at least you know it's not just you ;-)

Ok, thanks. But it's really disappointing. I'd like to play against "someone", and not just the computer. Oh well.

I have played with my nephew, but it has been a long time. Probably a month or more. Sorry

For me it works until the game is over and we do a rematch then it just stays loading and logs us out :p

Bummer, we've never gotten it to work even one time. We really want to play together. It seems like it should work and it appears just within our grasp - the friend list is there, the invitation goes out, the acceptance is given, then . . . nothing. Oh well, maybe we'll just keep trying once in awhile. I really wish it would work. Thanks for the info, everyone.

I've had lots of trouble, too, trying to get someone to play DiceKinz with, and not only DiceKinz, but other games, as well. I just gave up. My daughter and I tried to play a game with one another about week ago but to no avail. I think WW needs to do something about that, as that is one of the things I liked about Webkinz...to be able to interact socially with family and friends. I do appreciate everyone's help here on Webkinz Island. And, I really appreciate my sister for getting our family together on Webkinz!

I'm not sure if this would help, but perhaps you could both turn on your cellphones and ensure you are in the same zone? Maybe you've done that already... I've never gotten to play with another person, its a shame its so tricky. I think they removed Dicekinz from the tournament area.
