All you do is get a dice with a 3 wild, or another high wild. A lot of these are recommended. Then you get a lot of dice with growths on them. Every round, if you get a growth and wild, use the growth. Then lock the wild. Continue until you think that your wild is high enough to win the game. On the last die, when your opponent can't attack, change it to a run and win the game. Having several FLYs and a lot of BLOWBACKS, for it will help as you grow it.
I've been trying your method (5 games so far) and so far your method has worked every single time!! it's come close a few times but in the end your method has proven to be a winner for me!! Thanks!  Great tip! 
In case you are wondering I have been using the following dice with your strategy:
Red Monkey, Red Unicorn, Red Leopard, Red Pig, Red Gorilla and finally Red Polar Bear dice.
