If you have all blue dice, the computer will have all dice. If you have some rares and uncommons, the computer will have roughly the same grade of dice.

So when you try to assemble the best dice pool you have, don't include dice JUST because they're rare, since the computer will likely have better dice if you do. I could make a dice pool of all red and green dice, but I still have a blue die and a yellow die in my favorite pool.
