Dice buying guide

I printed the first 5 pages of lion king's dice guide. I knew I had the basset hound and the pet pack came w/ the red and blue die. I clicked on add to cart and headed to checkout and... WAIT!
Step 1) Ask yourself this: Do you have the dice already? Are the dice good?
Step 2) Check your dicekinz collection!
I x'ed out and went to my dicekinz collection. I had 1 of each, plus 4 yellows. But, even if I didnt have many, it didnt mean I needed it.
Step 3) Check the guide to see if its any good
I looked at the guide.
Blue Basset Hound- 2 run, recover, recover, 3 dodge, block
Red basset hound- 3 run, recover, 3 trip, stumble, 3 dodge
Step 4) Evaluate whether its defense or offense
Blue Basset hound- mostly defense
Red Basset hound- mostly offense
Step 5) 1 more question to ask yourself. Do you think you can win w/ these dice? Is the run dice going to get you anywhere?
Step 6) Fraction time!
Blue Basset Hound- 1/5 times I will get run, 2/5 times I will get recover, 2/5 times I will get defense.
Red Basset Hound- 1/5 times I will get run, 1/5 times I will get recover, 1/5 times I will get offense, 2/5 times I will get defense.
It seems the red basset hound dice has no way of predicting! But the blue seems pretty straightfoward.
Step 7) You predicted in step 6 red is pretty un-predictable. Blue is most of time defense. If you like defense, buy! If you don't want defense or risks, don't buy!
