trophy problems??

I have alot of cash cow trophys,.thanks to everyone for showing me the trick to getting soo many!! But I have them stuck all around my house!! Once I put them in a room,.I cannot remove or move them. I am wondering if I am the only one having this problem??
I actually was testing things in my dock for what can go outside,.and I have one stuck in my garden area as well LOL. Locks really stupid but I cannot remove it!
I have a couple in my dock I am afraid to place just yet. Sometimes glitches like these go away,.but its been allmost a month now.

I have the same problem with mine , Contact Ganz. They'll un-stuck it (LOL)

Yes, there's even a special section to contact Ganz about stuck items. I told them about one of mine and they unstuck everything in the house. I was sooo happy.

Me too, I have about 5 and 4 of them are stuck. Contact Ganz and they will unstuck them.

I had several stuck to the floor as well.
I guess they are designed not to sit on the floor buy on pedestals.
On the main login screen for Webkinz click on the customer service button,
then click on have something stuck.
You will need your username, secret code, birth date, and account name
to fill out the form.

I have that problem, too. It's weird.

I got one just now and then put it in my house and now I can't move it either.
Hope they fix it. I wouldn't want to have to ask them to unstick it every time I want to move it.

Yes mine were all stuck. I contacted Ganz and they unstuck them, so I placed a few back in my room to decorate and those ones are stuck again.

I now have them in my dock, or put them in the Vortex or other storage boxes.
