I was cheated out of points and kinzcash

I played Cashcow today. In the early stages of the game, i cleared the board several times in a row, thus adding lots of points and kinzcash to my score. I got up to level 9, before filling up with bottlecaps. When the game was over, a message came up that stated that I had exceded a normal expectancy for the game, and my 22,350 points would not be awarded, nor would my 341 kinzcash. I feel as though I was just accused of cheating in the game, and that's why they won't award my points and kinzcash. I do not cheat, at anything. I simply love Cashcow game, and did really well in it today. I am very upset with Ganz over this. Is there anything I can do about it?
