I was playing cash cow today and made it to level 7 and had cleared the board about 10 times in the game and when it finished it told me my score was to high and it would not be submitted and i would not recieve my kinzcash! I could'nt believe it i was being punished for having a high score. don't understand why they did this but its very unfair.:clyde:

Yep, GANZ sets a limit on how much you can earn. I think they do it for cheaters, so they can't cheat themselves thousands of dollars. But there are also those like you who actually play and don't receive your KC because your score is "too high". So sorry about your loss. A tip to not having that happen is quit when you have a lot and then start a new game, so you can't lose everything.

Yes unfortunately they have to do this, because there are cheaters out there, although it is unfair to those of us that legitimately earn the KinzCash.

i'm very sorry that happened. they do that to stop cheaters. like ICanHasWebkinz? said you should quit before your scores get to high.

This happened to me too - twice in three days! I don't know what level I was on either time, but I had cleared the board a lot. I got a message that my score "exceeded the maximum reasonable score" and that it would not be counted, and no KinzCash would be awarded. :-(

Does anyone know what the maximum score/dollar amount allowed is? That way next time I'll quit instead of wasting time playing a game that won't count or earn KinzCash (which is the whole reason I was playing).

I emailed customer support about it before I thought to check here for information, but they haven't responded yet. I even saved the screen image in case they ask for it.
