cash cow 2 ..... glitch?

ok so i am plating cash cow 2, trying as always to beat my own score and i got to level nine...never have yet finished this level i ot more and more excited as i clear all the blocks....but to my sad ??? surprise i didnt have enough to level up....does this mean the level cannot be passed? if i clear ALL the blocks but dont have enough to go on .... uhhhh... how do i go on? was i just an unfortunate person on the end of a glitch?? just curious if anyone might be able to help out. thanks
