Great guide! Could you give me some additional help on Level 17? I am now getting there with 2 or 3 lives left every game and then dying. I can't seem to figure out how to get the banana in the upper right hand corner next to the convulsing spider. I've read your walkthrough, and I'm still not getting it. Can you elaborate?

The problem is, is that the spider always getsstick when it reaches the left end of the stick. In order to have a better chance of getting the banana, you have to beatthe spider to thatspot so you have room to jump up and get the banana. If the spider does get stuck, there is a VERY slight that chance that if you jump correctly you wont die and you can get the banana. I have only done this once though. Did this clear things ip for you?

I think I get it now. I have been able to get the banana to the right of the convulsing spider a couple times now, but then I choked and died on level 17 both times, so I still haven't completed the game. I will keep trying. Do you have any tips for people trying to get this troublesome banana? I find that if the spider is moving to the right on the ledge just below you when level 17 starts, getting the banana is impossible. Am I right? Is it random? How often are you able to get by level 17? Just curious to know whether there's something I can do to improve my chances. Thanks!

Hi! Great Thread - unfortunately for me - I"m not too good at getting that monkey to do what I want him to do. I wish there was a cool banana trophy at the end...because a bunch of bananas trophy would look really AWESOME in our rooms. And, this would motivate me to play the game more... If only.

Lol. A banana trophy would be amazing! For the reason of no trophy in this game, I very rarely play it as well. Part of the experience of playing games is getting to the end or somewhere throughout the game and being suprised with a trophy, which this game doesn't have. All well, maybe Ganz will add a trophy...maybe
