The water levels and bonus

Hi everyone -

Just wondering -
is anyone experiencing the water level issues?

After they rolled out the last round of changes (before the Kinzchat maintenance), I no longer had rising water levels on Zingoz Pop! It starts with water at the beginining, but after you have a certain number of pops, it goes to a little blue bar of water at the bottom.
The poor lil' guy floats in midair!!

Also, I was wondering if anyone has reached the top bonus sign. No matter how many I release at the same time, I never can reach that sign! What is the bonus that you get anyway?
