No balls coming out on Pop?

Has anyone else been having the problem that balls aren't coming out of the shooter while you're in the middle of the game? My mom & I both have been playing the last few days and all of a sudden while we're playing the balls stop shooting! If I still have an extra life, I can die and they'll come back. The shooter acts as if it's shooting the balls but nothing comes out. Anyone else having this problem? It's really annoying, I've gotten up to level 28 and am so close to getting my trophy!

Yes I had that happen to me and I had to close it out and login again

I haven't had that happen yet usually the problem I face is that the right colors never come out lol... But I hope you can get it figured out

sometimes it freezes on it us, or when we go from the WW window
and to another window...we lose the mouse ability...try to click the mouse again
in the WW window..that might free up the balls again..
