Are you being awarded the BNB trophy?

I have been getting a blue screen after winning BnB and I am not getting the KC or the trophy. Is this a problem just I am experiencing or has this happened to you too?

Wow, weird.. I haven't been having that problem.. I don't know what to do, I am sorry I can't help you. I wished I can. Good luck with that problem! I hope it gets fixed!

I have cleared my cache and still getting the blue screen. Have you won the trophy within the last day or two?

Hi 77marie,

I'm sorry to hear you got the blue screen.

I can verify that there is a trophy awarded for this game. I have just completed a game and got a trophy.

I think the reason why you got the blue screen (which is the default Webkinz background colour) is that the server did not connect so you could not click the Next button (I've had that happen before on Gold Zingoz Pop and was never awarded KC and a trophy after a 45 min game).

Please let me know how you get on with your subsequent games.

I got mine like... maybe 4/5 days ago and it was fine. i would contact ganz or log out then back in and it might be in your dock
