BnB Glitch!!!!!

Has anybody had this glitch??? No little guys will be around you then all of a sudden it says you lose i try. I got so far for my first time ever level 15 then it happened and i lost 2 of my lives this way grrrrrrrrrr

There's a time limit on the levels. Maybe you're taking too long?

That does hapen to me but i get the Bounce and Burst Trophy alot. I have millions of Bounce and Burst trophies. First three people to tell me their webkinz username will get a Bounce and Burst Trophy. It isn't fair because that is a way for people who are not good at the game to mess up.
