My bear won't jump!

Can someone explain this game to me?!?!? I get to the SAME place on the course each time--about 22 Kinzcash--and there's a little tree. My bear WILL NOT jump over it. I've tried holding down the "fast" key, not holding the key, hitting the jump key quickly, holding it down--nothing works. I mean, at least 30 times I've gotten to this point and the bear won't jump.

I've noticed a few other places on the course--if there's a snowflake in certain areas for example, that I try to jump and grab--and the bear won't jump there, either.

What am I doing wrong? It's driving me crazy!

I'm not sure exacly where you are, but if you are on a down-slope that is steep enough you cannot jump. You either have to jump before you get there or wait until you get to the bottom of the slope. Good luck!

Hmm. . .it is on a slope. My bear simply won't jump up when I get to the tree. I push the up key and he won't jump over the tree. I fall in the same place every time.

So maybe mcclockart is right, and I need to jump sooner. I'll try it!

Maybe jump sooner or up twice?

Not sure if you figured it out yet but will try to help- If you are on course 3 polar plummet there is a tree with 2 bumps in front of it at about 22 kinzcash- you have to jump while the bear is on the way up the second bump- if your bear goes over the bump it is less like to jump over the tree--
