Jumping problem advice--

For those having problems when you hit the up arrow and it does NOT jump, try hitting the arrow each time (especially with rough terrain) and *holding* the arrow down until you are in the air. Some terrain or circumstances will not allow a jump to occur, but holding down the arrow (at least on *my* computer,) sends a continuous signal to jump. Then the jump will be executed as soon as the program allows it, which you may not know when that is without holding down the key.

Give it a try, but do let go when you are in the air, or you will just keep jumping constantly----though funny, it will lead to a wipe out eventually. So when you next need a laugh......keep holding down that arrow until you feel better from laughing, just don't expect high scores .

Oh, and I do NOT have a trophy yet....but I am still trying!!! So try this advice, but realize it ain't from a seasoned pro yet. Just sharing what is helping me get higher scores and closer to the coveted trophy .

the key to jumping for me is slowing down, hitting the back arrow key right before a jump - you cannot jump if you are bouncing and slowing down gives you more control, but if it works for you keep doing it

I consider myself a seasoned pro, I have won more than 20 polar plunge trophy's, but I've completed the course probably 50 times, polar plunge should really not be a random trophy IMO

I agree with janna. I have come really close to beating it about 20 times, and always get stuck on that part with the really rough terrain and downhill part on the easy level. I can't jump before I hit that tree. Maybe this will help! Thanks!
