Hardest Level on Polar Plunge?

Does anyone know if you get a trophy for finishing the hardest course one Polar Plunge, the black diamond. I know you get a trophy for finishng one of the middle levels, but i don't know if you get one for the hardest.

I know for sure that you can recieve trophies on the 2nd and 3rd course, but I dont believe anyone has completed course 4 and won a trophy yet, so the idea of a trophy on the 4th course is still open for someone to discover.
