Can you get a trophy in the easy level?

I have never won the easy level, but the third course is where everyone is winning trophy's and I think it is easier than the first

No, like Zingoz Pop and Zacky's Quest, you have to finish the normal levels to get the trophy. With Zacky's there is only the one level of difficulty. With Zingoz, you never get it on the easy level. You have to finish it on the normal selectionl with 30 levels.
