Reason for winning at level 3???

Actually, I am not sure about this, but I did notice that when I won a trophy at level 3 yesterday, I had solved the code pretty quickly in a small number of guesses. (I was very surprised! Although when I have won before, I don't think I even noticed I had gotten a trophy until afterwards.)

Maybe, just maybe, there is some sort of combination thing we haven't discovered yet that gives you the chance at winning, like matching 4 candies in CandyBash2 or filling in a line with a glowing ball for Goober's Lab. I have never gotten terribly high in Operation Gumball, but I have a few trophies. I'm going to keep my eye on this one.

Having said that, there could very well be a pattern that hasn't been observed yet, so I'll be interested to see what you find out! That & Goober's Lab are two "random" trophies that I just can't seem to win, we had to trade for both.

I know, I am probably just starting my own little superstition, but, again, it was probably the first time I noticed when I got the trophy and I had solved the level abnormally quickly.

I believe people have looked at the code for the game and determined that there are no variables (number of guesses, time to complete, etc) that affect the awarding of the trophy. It is just awarded randomly at the completion of a level based on the percentages outlined elsewhere. I've completed levels in just a guess or two several times but have never received a trophy after one of those levels.
