Is it getting harder to earn a trophy?

I wonder if the odds of winning an OG trophy are increasing. Let's document how often we play, what lev we make it to, & how often we win a trophy. I make it past lev 20 50% of the time, & I honestly cannot remember when I won my last trophy. It seems since OG was taken out of the arena, that the trophies are fewer & farther between. I used to win a trophy 1 out of 3 times if I made it past lev 20, but not recently.

Has anyone earned a trophy before lev 20? How many times do you need to play to earn a trophy?

Alright, I'll bite! The problem with OG is that there doesn't seem to be many followers, and all the threads die. I'll try my very best to post all my trophy wins from here on out...I do know that sometime last week I did win won (oh no! I've hung out in the clubhouse too much and I'm spelling one like won!!!) on level 16, but I'm not sure which day...

Today I won a trophy at around 3:00 pm on level 27. (I've found that sometimes you get trophies during a certain time span more easily-might just be in my head though-but if I win a trophy and have time to play again I more often times than not will win another on the next game).

Thanks for your input, Dragonbird! I made it to lev 29 today, no trophy. In the past, when I've won a trophy, (won won, i mean, one, LOL) it's been around lev 21, 22 or 23. If I make it past lev 25, I don't recall many trophies past that lev. Odd.

He's an update on my game:
I've played OG 3 times, making it to lev 28 & 23. I won a trophy (on DD's account) on lev 10. I've read other posts awhile back, stating that it gets more dif to earn a trophy the longer you play. So , I'm wondering if switching accounts increases the odds???? uncertain.

I've been playing, an average of 4 games a day-this was my third game for today (although my last game doesn't count because my silly computer fizzeled out and I didn't even earn my money and I was up to level 26-ARRRGH!)...

My statistics are about the same as yours, momwhoplays. I get past level 20 about 50% of the time, and I usually earn the trophy around levels 25 - 30. I think the hardest level for me to get past is level 29, but I also usually earn the trophy after beating it.

I only won a trophy before level 20 once, but I don't remember what level it was. I have earned all my other trophies after completing one of the 20+ levels. I have traded or given away all my trophies, but I would say that I have earned about two dozen trophies.

Thanks for your stats, Sydney & DragonBird!!! It seems the trophy is still there, maybe it's just less common on my main account, maybe it's just a string of bad luck. It's still my fav game, though.

I'm up to lev 12 on Pizza Palace, but don't know if there's a trophy in that game. & can't get past lev 2 on the vacation island game! LOL

It's my favorite game too, although if Bamboo Break gave multiple trophies I would be playing that instead.

Speaking of stats... how long is your average OG game? I would say it takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get to the upper 20 levels.

I should try earning trophies on my kids' accounts. I didn't think of that. Maybe there is some sort of counter they have that tells them how many trophies an account has one and it gets progressivly harder to win them at the lower levels? It seems fair that way (in a stinky for me kinda way).

My average game takes about 10-15 minutes-I jam through that game. I usually go into the OG Zone. I've warned my kids that if mommy says, "ok honey" "ya, sure" or "that's nice" it doesn't count if I am playing OG. They have to actually grab my arm to dezonatize me. It's that bad. This is probably why I try to only play when they are asleep or at school....

I tried Bamboo Break once, & could not get it. Good for you for playing it & doing so well!

It takes me about 20 to 25 min to play a game. But i find that I can't play just one game, after OG I go to the Arena & play triple strike solitaire, stack 'em up solitaire, & Get 11 solitaire. Also, I like cash cow 1 & 2. So that's close to an hour of gaming time. Plus Pizza Palace. Just love that. LOL

Yeah, I agree, it's best to play when the kids aren't around. They need my full attention, & it's good balance to have lots of time w/ the kids, w/ your full attention. As much as I like gaming, I need to send the kids the right message, that they are important, obviously, as I'm sure you agree as well.
