Hey mom, it's me again, the "other" mom who plays. I've been out of the loop most of the summer and have recently jumped back into the OG saddle, and came across something that I thought I'd ask about. I couldn't find mention of it in the threads, so apologies if it's there and I just didn't see it. As always, thanks a ton to you and hamlet for the excellent advice!

I squeezed in an OG game tonight before the maintenance shut down, and I noticed that the screen now says "tume bonus" instead of "time bous" when you complete a level. I wondered if Ganz had done an update that not only affected this wording, but also the game coding regarding the coveted OG trophy. (I forged ahead with the game, because who can really beat the cash at the high levels when all those webbies need their new shoes?) Anyway, when I completed level 29, the congrats screen contained the smaller font and a blank line where it would normally indicate that I'd won a trophy. I managed to complete level 30, and got the "congrats you won the game" message. I closed it out and there was a new trophy in my dock. Then, I went back to read the instructions, which do say that a trophy will be won when all levels all are completed.

So, my question is this:
Does anyone know if I won the trophy on level 29 or on level 30? According to appearance of the end-of-level message, I should have received it on 29, but because I didn't close out the game, I'll never know if I actually got it on 30, as the instructions indicate. I'm just curious to see if the game changed whenever the update was done that changed "time" to "tume."

And they say you can't change time!

Addendum/answer to my quesion from last night:

I just played Operation Gumball and completed level 27. The "Great Job!" message was written in smaller font, with a blank line where the trophy message would normally be, so I closed out the game and found a new trophy in my dock!
So, despite the game directions informing you that you have to complete the game in order to win a trophy, it does appear to still be randomly awarded.

Great to see you! & thanks for the info!! It will be interesting to see if winning a trophy at lev 30 is an automatic, if you haven't won one in the lower levels. thx for the heads up!
