I picked the easy level not knowing that could not get a trophy on easy level. It just said i passed easy level. I didn't know that! OH well. So (Yay?) I passed easy level!

Yep, the same thing happened to me! You just need to do normal and finish it, then you get a trophy I believe...

Hmm.... from where I read it's a 100% chance to win it. You just have to finish all 30 (I think there's 30) levels.

Nope. There is a random chance of winning the trophy on every level of Operation Gumball, although it is not guaranteed if the entire game (30 levels) is completed - I have finished all 30 levels before without winning a trophy.

However, since there is a chance on every level, it is possible, but very unlikely, to win a trophy on Level 1! Members on WI have done it before! Level 1 has a 1 in 904 chance of awarding the trophy and the odds increase the higher the levels go up to a 1 in 5 chance for completing Level 30. Since there is a chance every level, I have heard the odds of winning a trophy during the game if all levels are completed is about 1 in 2, so it's definitely possible not to get one! Here are the trophy odds at some of the last levels of the game:
