I LOVE Cookie Monster but doubt that there are many Halloween-type pictures of him. If you could make me one with Cookie Monster that would be AWESOME but if not that's okay. I'd be okay with any Halloween image really, just please don't make it scary (like bloody or gorey or anything and please no spiders,but ghosts are fine).
