Living The Dream?! *CHAPTER 41 ADDED 1/2!*

Hello! This is my 3rd story called 'Living The Dream?!'
Yes, it is a Jonas Brother's story once again, but I can't resist!! (I'm going to post all the chapters on this post, and when I have a new one, I'll announce it) The story is being told by me, (Lola) but the dialog will say Lola. It's easier for me to do the dialog than the quotation marks...I don't know why! But when I might say, 'I packed my stuff' or something, I'm talking about Lola.
Okay, well let's see the characters. (There's not a lot!)

Ms. Banks - (the orphanage owner)
Cali - (Kaylee's cat!)

And, of course the Jonas Brothers, Kevin, Joe, Nick and Frankie... and their parents! *mom and dad....*
And, Lola, Nicole and Kaylee are 13!

Chapter 1:
Hi. My name is Lola. Just Lola. I don't have a last name because I'm an orphan....I'm at an orphanage in South Carolina with my friends Nicole and Kaylee.... and Kaylee's cat Cali! They don't know their last names either. I don't know what happened to my parents... I was only 1 when it happened and I wasn't even there when it happened, so yeah. And we totally despise the Jonas Brothers!! Everybody else here is pretty much obsessed with them, they think we're crazy and we think they're crazy!
Nicole: Lola!" Nicole called out to me. I ran towards her in my ragged clothes to see what she and Kaylee were doing.
Lola: Hey Nicole what's up?"
Kaylee: Evil Ms. Banks, the owner of this orphanage is taking everyone to a--" Kaylee gets cut off
Ms. Banks: JONAS BROTHER'S CONCERT!" Ms. Banks announces.
Lola: A JONAS BROTHERS concert!? Ugh this is horrible!" I scream out, and we badly imitate them singing 'Burnin' Up'
Ms. Banks: You will go tomorrow to the concert, and they have a surprise for three of you..."
Nicole: What's that supposed to mean!?" Nicole whispered to me and Kaylee.
Kaylee: Who knows?! Ms. Banks is insane why won't she get sent to a wacky shack sooner?!" Kaylee says jokingly.
Ms. Banks: Well, get some sleep girls." She closes the door and goes to the next room filled with about 20 girls.
Nicole: Yeah let's go to sleep. Goodnight." She jumps on her bed and turns off her light. We all do the same...

The next morning:
Ms. Banks opens the door and curtains and makes us get up: Rise and shine girls!!" All the girls are
so excited on the way to the concert. They all talk about how their marrying Nick and Joe, and how it will be love at first sight. It makes Kaylee, Nicole and I sick to our stomaches. Even Cali, Kaylee's cat that goes everywhere with her looks disgusted!!

At the concert the Jonas Brothers get on stage. Lucky us, we have front row seats... yay. Woohoo. Rah. Blah! At the end of the concert we all go backstage to meet the 3 'sensations.'

Joe: Hi girls welcome backstage. We have a surprise for you." Oh god what can this possibly be.
Nick: Your right Joe.... we are picking... 3 lovely girls to be our... adopted SISTERS!"
Kevin: That's right! Right now we're picking 3 random girls."
Kaylee whispers to me and Nicole: Oh god Cali and I are just sickened!"
All the girls are jumping up and down while us 3 are in our seats slumped down.
Kevin: We pick....."

Chapter 2:

"Those three lovely ladies!!" Joe shouts.... of course they point to me, Kaylee and...Nicole. "Congratulations girls you are part of the Jonas family!" Kevin says
"Oh... yay" Nicole says sarcastically, "This is like a dream come true...."
"So we're going to sign those adoption papers and we'll be on our way, okay?" Mrs. Jonas says
" NO FAIR those 3 girls don't even LIKE you guys!!" Leah, the orphan drama queen yells out. Apparently, the Jonas Brother's don't care weather we like them or not, because they went on to see Ms. Banks to sign the papers. Great.
"Whoa I have sisters now!!" Frankie Jonas calls out. He's the only cute one there... the cute 8 year old.
"Okay girls let's go!!" Mr. Jonas calls out. I guess now we have to call him... d-dad!
"Wait, can Cali come?!" Kaylee says as she struggles to hold up her fat kitty.
"Sure she can!" Ms. J... I mean mom says. "Oh and by the way girls, call me mom and Mr. Jonas dad!"
On the way home in their huge bus, we all get to know each other. They all learn our names and a little bit about us.
"So Lola you play the bass guitar?! Suh-weet!" Joe says. "We can always ask you to jam with us then?"
"Yeah, sure that would be cool" I say. I notice that Joe has a good interest in me..... and we have a lot of things in common. This is weird, but I think I might be starting to like them a little bit. I see that Kaylee is talking to Kevin and Nicole is talking to Nick. Maybe they like them, too.
"Okay... Hey! Do you like pancakes?!" Joe asks me.
"Yeah I do!! I'm obsessed with them, actually!"
" ME TOO! We have so much in common! LOOK a fly!!" He stares at the fly for a moment....
"We're home guys!" Dad calls out. "Joe, Nick, Kevin, Frankie why don't you show the girls around and where their staying?"
"OMJ that's your house?!" Nicole and Kaylee say in awe.
"Yep. Cool, huh?" Frankie replies.
" This is where you girls will be staying.... you too, Cali!" Kevin shows us the master bedroom. All to us. Us three only! It's so humongous! I'm beginning to enjoy this! The room is a soft green color with a hint of light yellow...it's really pretty!
"This is AWESOME!!" I say, and Cali agrees with me by brushing against Nick's leg. Aw!
Now me, Nicole and Kaylee are talking in private about our day...
"I think I like this, guys...." Nicole says, still memorized by the huge room.
"Me too." Kaylee calls out.
"Well, let's wait until what tomorrow brings.Goodnight." And we all go to sleep.

Chapter 3:
Nicole, Kaylee and I wake up the next morning. It's not that pleasant, because we woke up to Frankie jumping on our bed! It seems like he's used to us being here already!!!

"FRANKIE!!!" Kaylee yells. "Get off of us!" She practically throws him to the ground, but Nicole stops her.
"Okay but it's time to wake up!" He says cheerfully.
"We're up!" I say, and because of Kaylee's yelling, Kevin Joe and Nick run into our room.
"Is everything okay?!" Joe asks, holding a baseball bat.
"Yeah we're fine." Nicole says, finally getting up.
"Well we have a CD signing today, so chop chop!" Nick says
"Ugh can't we stay home?!" Kaylee whines
"Of course you girls can... because your babysitting Frankie!" Kevin calls out. "Okay gotta go b--" Their almost out of the room when we call them back in and almost ring their necks.
" Say WHAT?!" We all yell in harmony.
"He's a handful and we can't keep track of him at a CD signing! Besides, you can get to know each other and play!" Nick says
We get up and get ready....but no place to go so what's the point?! They all leave to go to the signing and we're stuck with the Bonus Jonas. Great, this should be fun.Before everyone leaves, mom says
"We left credit cards for you girls, no limit...don't leave the house though. We're trusting you."
Then they left.

"Alright their gone what do you want to do Frankie?!" Nicole asks trying to be happy.
"Do you want to watch a movie?" Frankie says
"Umm yeah, sure." I say, and Kaylee looks at me like, 'what the heck!?'
"Okay let's see what we've got here!" Kaylee says, looking through the movies. "How about Camp Rock?"
"Okay! Cool!" He says, and I put in the movie. When it's about to start, I take Nicole and Kaylee into the kitchen with me.
"So he's busy, what do you want to do?" I ask.
"Ooh good plan!" Kaylee says. "I don't know, what about you Nicole?"
"What's there to do?! We can't leave the house!" Nicole says puzzled.
"Or can we?" I say. "Follow me!" They follow me out into the living room where Frankie is watching the movie. "Hey Frank!" I call out, "We need to go get something from the store. Is that okay?"
"Yeah, sure!" He says, but he's too focused on the movie.
"Okay. We'll be back in a few!"
"Where are you goin with this Lola?!" Nicole asks, terrified. "I can't lie!"
"Well we're free birds for a while. Want to go on a shopping spree?!" Kaylee says.
"Totally!! Let's go!!" We walk to the mall, which isn't far from the house, thankfully. When we get there.....
"Let's go into abercrombie!" I call out to them.
"I still fell rotten about this, girls!" Nicole says, biting her nails.
"Relax, Nicole!" Kaylee says as we approach abercrombie and go on a spree in there! When we come out of that store....
"OH MY GOD!!" I yell, and I make Kaylee and Nicole duck down while I do, too.

Chapter 4:

"What is your problem, Lola!!" Nicole says, irritated.
"Look!" I make them turn their heads and they see...
"OMG the CD signing is here?!" Kaylee whispers and shouts at the same time
"Yeah I know! They never told us where they were going to have it, anyway!" I say
"So umm we have to go!!" Nicole says
"No wait Hollister is right there an..." I cut off Kaylee
"But this is our first day with them and we don't want to be off to a bad start, when they find out that we left Frankie all alone!!" I say, and I drag them out of the mall and we hurry home.
At home.......

"FRANKIE?!" Nicole shouts, "Where are you Bonus?"
No answer....
"Frank the Tank come out come out wherever you are!" I say, and I notice that Camp Rock is still playing and Frank isn't there. I turn it off and we frantically search for him.
"FRANKIE!!!" Kaylee shouts.
Suddenly, Cali meows very loudly.
"I think Cali is upstairs! Let's see what's wrong!!"Kaylee says running up the stairs.
"Okay but there are 4 floors in this house!! Let's split up if you find Cali or Frankie, shout! I'll go on the last floor." Nicole says as she uses the elevator to go to the last floor.
After a few minutes of everyone calling and yelling.....
"I FOUND THEM!! HURRY GUYS SOMETHING IS WRONG!!" Kaylee shouts as loud as she can. Nicole and I sprint down the stairs to the 3rd floor and see....
"FRANKIE!!" I start to cry a little.

Chapter 5:

There. On the floor, knocked out, was little Frankie. The BONUS JONAS. Frank the Tank...well you get it.

"Oh Frankie!!!" Nicole cried, "What happened!!"
"I don't know, but we are gonna get in SO much trouble when they come home!!" Kaylee said, looking out the window.
"Umm okay...okay...try to wake him up!!! Don't panic." I shook him like a beast and he didn't wake up. "Come ON Frankie!! WAKE UP!! Okay now I'm panicking!" I screamed and practically ripped my hair out with frustration.
"This is NOT good." Nicole says.
"Ya think?!" Kaylee shouts "We need medical attention!!"
"Okay, call the doctor Kaylee! ANY doctor!! Get a phonebook and look for some names, maybe they'll have one circled or something!! Nicole, pick him up and get him off the floor, put lay him on the couch, and stay with him at all times. I'll uhh.... I'll just stay here pacing! Let me know when something happens!!" I gave out those directions to them and they followed the orders perfectly. Nicole carefully carried Frankie downstairs while Kaylee ran down to find the phone.
"Lola! They have a doctor's name circled, I'll call it!!" Kaylee shouted from downstairs.
"Good! You do that!! Nicole has anything happened yet?!" I yelled back.
"No he's the same!! All he did was move a little bit, but that's all." Nicole replied to me. Good, that means that he's alive....I knew he was from the start but just to make sure. Things are looking up, I thought. The Jonas' should be home soon. It wont give us much time to act. If only Kaylee could see what the doctor says, that would be perfect. So perfect.
"LOLA!" Kaylee shouted. I heard her footsteps running up the stairs. A few moments later she approached me. "Lola, the doctor said to give it a little bit of time. He said if there was any swelling or bruises to put ice on it. He said that he should wake up soon, but probably not soon enough for the Jonas' to come home without knowing what happened! We're going to get in so much trouble I can feel it!!"
"Okay. At least he's going to be fine. Let's go downstairs." I said and we went downstairs to checkup on Nicole.
Nicole gasps and says "I think i heard a car door!! I think their home! What do we do now?!"
"We have to tell them what happened. Lying would only make us look worse. Telling the truth is the best thing we could do." Kaylee said. Cali meowed as the door slowly opened and the room filled with everyone. We all took a big gulp and greeted them.
"Hey girls, how did everything go?!" Mom said, closing the door behind her, which hit Joe in the face. That made us laugh a little.
"Mom!! You hit me in the face!" Joe said, rubbing his nose.
"Take it like a man Joe!" Nick said partly laughing.
"Where's Frankie?" Kevin said curiously.
"Well he went to take a na-" Nicole started to say and then cut her off.
"Actually, mom, dad, guys, we sorta.... we put Camp Rock on for him to watch and we went to the mall and came back and found Frankie lying on the floor on the 3rd floor." I said slurring my words a tiny bit.
"What?!" Dad said, almost yelling.
"Is he alright now?!" Kevin asked.
"Lola told me and Nicole what to do, so well I called the doctor, the one you had circled in your phonebook and the doctor said to just wait a little while. Nicole layed him on the couch in the living room like Lola told her to do...." Kaylee said showing them.
"Aww look at him." Joe and Nick said.
"We are not happy that you lied." mom said. We hung our heads in shame when she continued, "But we are very happy that you took action. You showed us that you were irresponsible, but responsible at the same time."
"Well he is our brother now, we had to do something we couldn't just leave him there!" Nicole said.
"And for the record, we tend to be really umm....overprotective when it comes to siblings and family, so yeah you'll have to get used to us being around spying on you a lot, if you go out somewhere or something." Kevin added.
After an hour or so.....
"Look he's waking up!!" I said very happily and we all surrounded him.
"What's going on?! And why does my forehead hurt so much!?" Frankie said
"It's a long story, we'll tell you in the morning. It's been a long day, Frank." dad and mom said.
"Yeah we should get some sleep." Nick said.
"Okay, yeah. Goodnight girls see you tomorrow." Joe and Kevin said, and we all went to sleep. Thank goodness Frankie was okay. We were all very relieved.

Chapter 6:
The next morning......

I woke up at 6:00 am. Call me insane, I know I am. Actually, I take it as a compliment, so thank you! Anyways, I woke up because I smelled PANCAKES! I love pancakes.....and churros, and tacos. I'm like Joe's twin! Well I'm about to wake Nicole and Kaylee up. Their sleeping like stones. That didn't sound right. I meant their fast asleep. But I don't care I'm gonna wake them up anyway.
"Wake up Nicole, Kaylee!" I said.
"Huh what?!" Nicole groaned. "Are you serious Lola it's 6 am!"
"Do I smell pancakes?!" Kaylee said and she quickly shot up out of bed and put her fuzzy slippers on.
"Yeah! I bet you Kevin or Nick is making them, because Kevin told me that Joe burnt their breakfast once!" I continued, "So let's go downstairs!!" and led them downstairs with me.
Downstairs was JOE making the pancakes. We all slouched down in 3 chairs. Cali jumped on the table.
"Uh oh. Joe are you going to burn the pancakes like you did last time?!" Nick walked in the room and said, looking as tired as us. Kevin followed him.
"Of course not! Pssh! And a 'good morning Joe' would be nice! You people have no manners!" Joe said
"Good morning, Joe!!" Me, Nicole and Kaylee said, and we stuck out our tongue at Kevin and Nick. They stuck theirs back at us.
"Thank you girls.You guys are lucky I even get up this early and even make something for you!" Joe said, delighted. "The pancakes are ready! Dig in!" He put the tray of pancakes on the table and surprisingly they weren't burnt at all! Not even one!
"Good job, bro." Kevin said.
"Suh-weet! Pancakes!" Frankie said as he entered the room and ate with us.
After breakfast we all got ready for the day. We were outside by the pool....
"Hey wanna go swimming Lola?" Nick called out to me.
"No thanks, Nick I'm a little too tired and I'm not in my bathing suit!" I called back to him.
"Too bad!" The trio said in harmony.
"Huh?" I said in confusion, and the next thing I know I'm drenched in the pool with my clothes on. Nicole laughed her head off and soon enough she and Kaylee joined me in the pool."Oh no you didn't!!" I snapped my fingers and did the head thing.
"RUN!" Frankie said to the boys and they were out of there in a matter of seconds.
"Ugh! I'm all wet!" Nicole whined.
"Let's get them back....." Kaylee said.
"How?" I said puzzled.
"You know, let's fight fire with fire. I have an idea of how we can get them back." She replied.
"Oh gosh." Nicole rolled her eyes and said.

Chapter 7:
Once we were all dried off, Kaylee told Nicole and I her plan in our room. She's just about finished.....
"So then we end it by dumping mud all over them and laugh." Kaylee concluded. "How was that?"
"Um.....I don't think that's legal, Kay." Nicole said. 'Kay' is Kaylee's nickname that me and Nicole thought of. She added, "The mud part is okay but not the other part with the baseball bat and the bag...."
"Yeah, seriously! Let's keep it simple." I said. "Maybe we can replace something with something else."
"I got it!! We have to go to the beach. Now!" Nicole said. "And they have to come with us. Follow me!" We followed her downstairs confused.
"Guys can we go to the beach?!" Nicole asked them.
"Sure I guess. We have nothing else to do." Kevin said. "I'll drive."
"No way man, I got my drivers license I can drive!" Joe exclaimed and waved his license in him and Nick's face.
"Actually it's only a permit, genius! So I drive." Kevin said.
"Ooh burn!" Nick said. "Let's go!!" They already had their bathing suits on and we quickly grabbed ours. Nicole grabbed the sun block and something else that we didn't know what was, but obviously she knew.

At the beach....
"Okay put this on guys! You don't want to get a sunburn, do you?!" Nicole said and handed them a bottle.....
Without caring what was in the bottle, Joe grabbed it and put it on. "Thanks Nikki!" That was new...I guess that's her nickname. Then Nick put it on and Kevin did the same. Frankie was smarter....
"I'm gonna use this bottle." He took the other one.
After a little while of sun-bathing.....
"Ouch. I'm itchy!" Nick whined and started to scratch himself.
"Yeah me too! What was in that sun block?" Kevin asked.
"Yeah what was in it?!" Me and Kaylee asked.
Nikki started cracking up hysterically, "ITCHING POWDER!! Gotcha back!"
"Are you serious Nikki! UGH!" Joe yelled which attracted fans. "You girls win! We have to get out of here, though."
"Excuse me boys, who are these 3 girls?" Someone asked with a microphone up to their faces.
"Should we announce it?" Nick asked quickly.
"Not yet. Their just friends, lady." Kevin said firmly.
"Oh. Okay. Bye." She snapped a quick picture.
"Oh no." I said .

Chapter 8:
The rest of the day was pretty much hiding from the fans, but then we got to relax at home. We watched T.V. and finally went to sleep. During the night........

"Psst. Lola!" I heard someone whisper. "Lola!"
I got out of bed quietly so nobody else would wake up. Cali's ears were twitching...weird.....
"What!? Joe is that you?!" I whispered back.
"Yeah I need you to do me a favor!" He led me out into the hallway so we could talk regularly.
"Well what is it?! And why is it at 4:15 a.m?"
"I need you to eat these tacos with me!"
"Are you serious?!" I whispered/screamed at him.
"I can't eat alone. Nick and Kevin told me to get lost when I asked them!" He replied. "Please?! These tacos can't go to waste!"
"Oh fine." So I sat down with him still in the hallway and we ate until 4:45. We talked about a lot of random stuff that came into our minds. When we finished.....
"Okay Joe. GOODNIGHT!" I said and shut the door and went back to sleep for a little while.
"Wait! That was only the first batch I have more in the ove- oh forget it. Thanks, Lola!" He said and went back into his room.
I awakened at 7:00 in the morning because....
"LOLA WAKE UP!!" Kay shouted. "Look! Look!" She shoved something in my face.
I woke up and grabbed it out of her hands and read the front cover aloud: "Jonas Brother's have hot new gf's which they recall were 'Just Friends.'" I stopped reading it and got furious.
"I DON'T LOOK HOT IN THAT PICTURE!! I want a re-take!" Kay screamed.
"The dumb media thinks we're their..... dates!!" I choked on that horrible word. "We're their SISTERS!" I said.
"That's why, we're announcing that your our sisters tonight at our concert, and you girls are coming on stage so that they know who we're talking about." Nick said as the boys came into the room with another copy of that same magazine. "Nice wording, Kevin. 'Just friends?' That's a name of one of our songs it's perfect!! Good job." He added.
"I panicked! At least I said something 'Mr. I never talk in front of people!'" Kevin snapped back.
"Alright let's just get ready for the concert it's like 4 hours away and mom and dad have to drive us... has anyone seen them?!" Joe asked.
"Nope." Nikki replied. "Their probably just relaxing. Yeah that's it! Their relaxing."
We got all ready for the concert. I straightened my hair and Kaylee and Nicole did the same. It was finally time to go. I wore an aqua blue tank top from Hollister with a miniskirt and cute black boots. Nicole wore short shorts with a cute shirt from abercrombie, with sandals. And Kaylee had a layered t-shirt from Aeropostale with skinny leg jeans and flip-flops. It took a while to get there but when we finally did we kept backstage looking at the crowd while our brothers played their hearts out. We expected the un-expected, though.
"Look thats the orphanage in those front row seats again!!" I exclaimed.
"Oh and look at Ms. Banks! She would be happy to see us again...and Leah! I bet she's still a teenage- drama queen like when we left her a few days ago! This is great!" Nicole said.
"Girls we're doing it now get on stage with us!" Nick said as he grabbed Kay's hand.
"Okay." I said and went on stage followed by Kaylee, Nicole, Nick, Kevin and Joe. The crowd roared as Joe began to speak.
"Hey guys. Some of you may think that these 3 girls are our 'Hot Dates.' " Joe said.
"They are not our 'Hot Dates.' They are our adopted sisters." Kevin concluded, "So this is Lola, Nicole, and Kaylee Jonas everyone!!" The crowed roared (RAWR!) with excitement and joy. They concluded the concert with all 6 or us singing a song. We sang 'Burnin Up' of couse the one that in the first place imitated before all this happened. We went along with it and sounded good. Another great day has come to an end.

Chapter 9:
Me, Nikki and Kay pretty much crashed right when we got home. It was a long night. We had talked about Leah's face when she saw us on stage, taking it all in. And Ms. Banks seemed happy to see us. It was all good. The only other thing I remembered about last night was someone picking me up. I think it was Kevin...yeah it was Kevin. He carried me up to my room and laid me on my bed with Nikki and Kay. I didn't feel like opening my eyes when he was taking me up there, instead I just held onto him. It felt good. I remember him saying, 'Look at her, our Little Angels.' which was sorta weird.....anyway, I woke up this morning the same way I had yesterday.......
"LOLA! Wake up!" Nick shouted this time as he waved another magazine in my face. I grabbed it, sat up in bed and read it out loud again.
"The Jonas Brothers have 3 new sibs., Lola, Nicole, and Kaylee." I read. "Now this is better!" I said.
"Good. The world knows now!!" Nikki said.
"I heard the doorbell, I'll get it!!" Nick said and ran downstairs, followed by all of us. Nick opens the door.....
"Um. Can I help you?" Nick says softly.
"Yes....wait a second. You're the Jonas Brothers!" The guy says.
"Yes, yes we are thanks for noticing. Why are you here?" Kevin asks.
"Well I was working for charity....but can I have a quick autograph for uh...my um... sister?" He says suspiciously, "By the girls."
Me Nikki and Kay stare at each other and then Kaylee says "Of course."
"You can just sign your names, that would be great." And then he slips a piece of paper in Nikki's hand and winks. "Call me. And the name's Matt." He says, and he takes the CD we signed and runs away.
"What the heck?!" Joe says.
"I have no clue." Nicole just stares mesmerized.
"Who wants to play pictionary?!" I shout and get the game.
"ME! I have mad drawing skills." Joe shows off.
After I get the game, we play for a little while.
"Okay, now guess this. Your ready Nick?" Joe asks
"Yeah Joe." Nick replies.
"I gotta think of something now. I got it!" Joe starts drawing while we watch.
"Monsters Inc!" Kevin blurts out at the drawing.
"No it's a dog!" Joe says.
Nick starts laughing. "A DOG?!"
"Yeah there's the legs and the hair..." He points to it with his chalk. We all start to laugh.
I see Nicole walking away silently. Me and Kaylee follow her.
"Nikki?" Kaylee asks trying to catch up to her. She opened the front door looking out into the street.
"What's wrong Nicole?!" I look and sound worried.

Chapter 10:
Nicole just stared outside, not making one sound, movement, nothing.
"NICOLE!" I yell and slap her.
"What!? Jeez Lola!!" She snapped back at me.
"Good your on planet Earth. What the heck was that all about?!" Kaylee said.
"What was what all about?!" Nikki asked.
"The whole thing where you weren't talking and your staring out into the road?!" I replied.
" Oh! I think it was that guy....Matt!" She said and took out the piece of paper. "LOOK it's his phone number!" She sprints upstairs into our room and we follow her...the only thing is, she slammed the door and locked it before we could get inside. We just listened and heard her say...
"Matt. Yeah this is Nicole Jonas! Uh huh the one you gave your number to Yeah! Sure! Okay, Bye!" She opens the door looking very excited.
"What?!" I ask.
"I'm meeting Matt at the pizza parlor! Toodles!" Nikki says, grabs her sparkly purse and skips downstairs with joy.
"I am so spying on them!" Kaylee says. We go downstairs and see what the boys are up to. Nicole is gone already.
"SEE! It's a motorcycle!" Nick says and hits Kevin in the back of his head. It sounds like their still playing charades!
"Well then!" Kevin rubs his head.
"Lola, Kay, where's Nikki?" Joe says looking around.
"We're spying on Nikki and that Matt guy! They went to meet each other at the pizza parlor down the road! You guys in?" I ask
"Yeah! Let me get my false mustache!" Joe says and gets his mustache and hat. He continues, "Let's go!!"
We all drive down to the pizza parlor and get a table far away from Nicole and Matt's, but close enough where we can spy on them. We all have our menus up to our faces.
"Look at them!" Nick says, disgusted.
"Our little Nikki's caught a lovebug....." Kevin says.
"Oh my god! That's a perfect song name!" Nick says.
"Our Little Nikki's Caught a Lovebug?" Joe asks confused.
"No nim.rod! Just 'Love Bug!'" Kevin whispers. *in this story they didn't write Love Bug yet!*
Just then we see Nicole coming to our table. She rips off Joe's false mustache and says, "Gotcha'." and walks away mad.
We all go home, leaving them there.
"That was all your fault Joe!" Kaylee says and continued "If you didn't make such a big deal about the song w--" I cut her off.
"It's nobody's fault. Let's just wait until she comes home!" I exclaim.
About a half hour later Nicole comes in the door, furious.
"Hey there Nikki!" Kevin says trying to make her happy. It didn't work.

Chapter 11:

Nicole just stares us down. She gives us the 'death' stare. We give it right back to her.
"Are you guys INSANE?!!" She starts to yell. "How could you SPY on me?!"
"Now Nikki......" Nick starts to say, but gets cut off by her.
She doesn't yell this time.... Just fast talks,"I LIKE Matt. I happen to have a little crush on him! Is that okay with you?! Do you need my permission?"
"Yes...yes you do, actually." Kevin says.
"We told you girls that the guys were overprotective!" Mom says. I guess she was eavesdropping on our 'friendly dispute.'
"I'll be in my room." Nikki says and goes upstairs, still mad.
"I think we did something wrong...I'm just not sure what." Joe says.
I hit him in the back of his head and say, "Ya think?"
"Lola, we should go and see what's wrong. I think something more than what we did is bothering her." Kaylee says.
"Yeah. Let's go." I grab Kaylee's hand and we hop upstairs 2 steps at a time.
"I still don't get it." I hear Joe say. I roll my eyes and smile.

Upstairs......
I knock on the door and Kaylee just opens it and we barge in.
"Umm...come in?!" Nikki asks/says.
"Hey it's our room too!" I say politely. "Talk to us. What's really on your mind, Nicole?" Me and Kaylee sit down on the bed next to each other curiously.
"Nothing." She replies. But Kaylee wants more.....
"Yeah okay. Sure Nicole. What's wrong? We see that something else is on your mind. Tell us." Kay commands.
"Okay, fine. Matt...." She stopped, sighed and continued, "Matt told me that he....had a crush on someone else." She started to tear up a little.
"Oh no Nikki that's horrible!" I say in pity.
"It's you, Lola!!" She hides her face in her hands.
"Psh why is that horrible?" I say, but then realizing what I said before I quickly change my attitude. "What I mean is that um.... it's bad....for you! For me it's uh.. not that bad." I sounded horrible when those words left my mouth. Nicole heard someone talking so she opened the door and hit the guys in the face with it by mistake. We started cracking up....not Nicole though.
"You guys are spying again! Your the worst brother's EVER!!" Nicole shouts and runs downstairs.
"Nice one guys. We almost got everything out of her...You just had to eavesdrop, eh?" Kaylee says folding her arms.
"I think it's about time we've had a talk with this Matt guy....." Nick says and turns around.

Chapter 12:
We follow Nick downstairs to Nicole. She was lying on the couch in the living room, in one hand clutching a pillow, the other petting Cali.
"Where does this dude live?" Kevin asks.
"I don't know...I mean we met halfway at the Pizza Parlor, he came from the park's direction. Why?" Nicole replied, miserably.
"Good. That's all we need to know. We'll be back in a little while...just the 3 of us guys. We can't risk you girls getting hurt. If we're not back in an hour, look for us. Okay?" Nick said.
"Yeah. Be careful." Me and Kaylee said.
"What are you gonna do to him?" Nicole asked, worried.
"Oh don't worry...nothing much...." He says as he grabs his baseball bat and rolls up his sleeves. "Bye" He adds and they leave, slamming the door hardly.
"Oh great." Kaylee says.
We paced up and down the huge living room for what seemed to be forever, which was only 45 minutes. The door opened.......
"OMJ WHAT HAPPENED!?" All 3 of us yelled when the guys entered the room.
"The Matt dude could have told us he was a black belt in karate.....and it probably wasn't best when he had a hockey stick in his hands in full gear....." Joe and Nick said to us. Let me rewind....when they came in the house, Kevin had a black eye. Joe had 2 black eyes and a mark on his forehead and arm. Nick had cuts and bruises everywhere. This Matt dude was tough.
"Why didn't you use the baseball bat Joe?" Nicole screamed at him.
"Oh yeah I think that would go over well when the media finds out I beat up an innocent 12 year-old boy with a double-barrel bat!!!" He said, and he was amazingly right.
"Your right...but that's it I am going there and showing him what happens when he messes with my brothers!" Nicole says. She gets off of the couch, drags Kaylee and me and we run out the door before Kevin, Joe or Nick could say anything..... This won't end well....

Chapter 13:
So Nicole just dragged us down the street. Literally, she dragged us. We told her numerous times that we didn't want any part, but she overcame us with her arm strength and well yeah.
"Okay I see him! He's practicing hockey in the street with his dumb friends!" Nicole said.
She let go of us and we rub our red wrists in pain. She walked right up to Matt and then we followed her.
"Hey, Matt." Nicole said to him, shoving away his friends. They got face to face, we did too.
"What?" Matt replied. He saw me and waved. I gave him a blank face.
"So I hear you were the one that beat up my brothers with your hockey stick?" Nicole said, crossing her arms.
"What's it to ya?" Matt said. It seems he doesn't care at all.
"Are you aware that you can go to jail for even touching a famous person. Maybe you wouldn't go to jail, but for hurting them? Your gonna get it when my brothers report what you did to Big Rob, a.k.a their body guard that's 10 times as big as them. That's why his name is BIG Rob. Get it? They know what you look like so it's not as if you can just run away, they'll find you. They'll be waiting, Matt." Nicole made a huge speech which I think made Matt a little weaker. In case you didn't know what Matt looked like, he was on the short side with brown short hair and braces, like me. Sorta cute...eh...I think Nicole liked him way more than me or Kaylee. Kaylee seemed to hate him, so yeah.
"Lola wouldn't let that happen to me. Would you Lola?" He said, worried a little.
I simply said "No reply." Kaylee just stood in the background with Matt's friends looking all tough.
"It's very simple, Matthew. You leave our family alone, nobody gets hurt. You continue to beat us up, especially our brothers which includes Frankie, you'll get turned in to the big man, also known as big rob, or mom and dad. The choice is yours. Choose wisely." Kaylee said.
"Alright. Fine you win. But just because your the Jonas' isn't the only reason that I'll stop. Can we be friends...Nicole?" Matt asked.
"Sure Matt." Nicole replied. We turned around and started home.
When we got home....
"We're home guys!" Kaylee shouted as we walked in. The guys rushed to us and asked what happened, every little detail. We told them about everything, and how we're friends.
"Aw man! I was hoping it would end when Matt breaks his leg or something! Why do they alway have 'happy endings?!'" Joe said, disappointed.
"Oh be quiet!" Frankie said as he entered the room with us holding a power bar. He continued , "I'm gonna try to have an all-nighter! Anybody wanna join me?" Of course we all said, CH-YEAH! We all grabbed some coffee even though it tasted horrible and it was very strong coffee, we drank it and every time a pin dropped, Nick yelled,
"AHH WE'RE GETTING RAIDED! AIR RAID!" It was very funny. Now it's 9:00 at night. We have our pj's on and we're sitting in a circle in our huge bedroom. We talked for a really long, long time about random things, such as the weather, our favorite colors. We were having a blast until......

Chapter 14:
Nick said, "Well what about the b--" and he suddenly fell. Not like a real fall, he fell over though when we were sitting on the floor. We stared at each other, speechless. We simply didn't know how to react, or what to do. He just out of nowhere, fell coldly. It was so scary. Well anyway.....
"What should we do?!" I yelled.
"How should I know?!" Kaylee yelled back, although we were sitting right next to each other.
"Oh! Does that coffee have a lot of caffeine in it?" Kevin asked.
"Yeah.... why? I'm confuzzled." Joe said and tilted his head confused.
"Because pinhead the caffeine!! Hello are you awake?! DIABETES!!" Kevin screamed and tried to feel Nick's pulse. "Not there." He exclaimed.
"I know what to do!!!" Nicole said, "Matt told me-" She go cut off by Frankie
"Not this Matt guy again! I don't feel like hearing about Matt...Matt Matt Matt M--" Nicole cuts him off.
"He told me that his parents are doctors!! And I have his number I'm calling him!" Nikki continued to say, "He said he would stop treating us badly, he can help us! Nick's our brother we have to help him!" She whipped out her phone and dialed as fast as she could. She got on.... "MATT! Matt my brother he needs help!!" She yelled into the phone. "Okay BYE thank you so much!" She said and hung up. "He's coming with his parents. Let's tell mom and dad!" We all ran into their bedroom and told them what was going on. Mom sprinted *not really* into the room where nick was. We heard the doorbell and opened the door. Matt quickly said hi to us and his parents took over. They rushed into the room and did all that stuff that doctors do while we talked to Matt. I was so worried I felt like crying. Somehow I fought back the tears. Somehow. Matt tried to comfort us. it worked while our brothers just...eh..well they started at him mad. He tried to look away. We came upstairs after a few minutes to see Matt's parents doing some tests and stuff that none of us understood. They finally turned around at us and said......

Chapter 15:
They took a long, dramatic pause. We were biting our nails. Joe was biting my nails, actually. It was disgusting but hey, we're brother and sis! Matt's father finally spoke up and said,
"It's out of our hands kids. We don't know."
"But what we do know," his mom said, "Is that Nick has to go to the hospital. Immediately. I already called an ambulance, I know a really great doctor who would know in an instant what's wrong. They should be here s- I think it's them!!" We grabbed Nick and brought him outside. It was really sad seeing him like this. So...lifeless. Matt was by our side the whole time. In the ambulance, at the hospital waiting room. What a nice kid. We're now waiting in the hospital.....
"He's gonna die I know it!" Kevin said, pacing.
"No he's not silly. I hope not anyway." Nicole said worried.
"Relax people!" Matt finally said. It was the first thing he had said since we were at home.
"Guys, nothings gonna happen to him. He'll be fine. Why did you bring your guitar Joe?" Kaylee said.
"Duh! I play when I'm terrified! I don't even know how to play this thing too well. Oh well." He says and starts to play something none of us had heard. *it's the beginning guitar part of Lovebug, remember they didn't write it yet.*
"That's a good tune. Play it again." I said. It actually did sound very good, for a few little chords. he played it again.
"I think we could make a song out of this! JOE your a genius!" Kevin said, getting happier. Without any of us noticing, the doctor came in the room.
"Good evening everyone. This is the family of Nick Jo-" The doctor said and got cut off by me.
"Don't say our last name it could attract fans!" I whispered to him, and pointed to Joe's false mustache which was part of his disguise. Kevin had some weird beard thing. Either way, it looked ridiculous on both of them!
"Oh, right." the doctor said. "I am doctor Schwartz *fake* and this is the family of Nick?" Dr. Schwartz said, almost forgetting to not say our last name. We nodded our heads yes. Then he continued, "Nick should be okay. We've got him on a tube which will help him breathe, and we will do some tests. Let him stay here for a couple of days."
" Alright." Mom said and continued, "Come on, kids. Time to go home. We can't do anything from here." We all nodded and started home. Before we did, we all gave Matt and his parents a huge thank you. We *meaning Kaylee, Nicole and I* hugged Matt. I think he appreciated and deserved it. The guys shook hands with him. We went home and got some sleep. We needed it.

Chapter 16:
Surprisingly I slept very well last night. Then again, it was a long day. We never did get that all-nighter. Oh well. Note to self: Don't give Nick strong coffee ever again! I woke Nikki and Kay up early so we could get some stuff done. Don't ask what, because I don't know. I just felt like getting up. Joe and Kevin were pacing in the hallway when I opened the door.
"What are you guys doing?" I asked them quietly. It was 7:00 after all.
" Pacing!" Kevin abruptly said to me. He was too focused! Kay stopped them.
"Why are you pacing anyway?" She asked.
"Because we're worried!" Joe said. Joe? WORRIED? This isn't possible I must be dreaming!
"About what Dr. Schwartz said that he would be fine!" Nikki replied.
"Well, just in case he wasn't, we canceled our concert in 2 days. Actually it was a mini-tour for a week...." Joe continued, "We told dad and lickidy-split BAM! It's canceled." Whoa whoa whoa! We were having a mini-tour? Why didn't these guys tell us?
"Um .. tour?" We all said in unison.
"What tour!?!" I chased them down the hall but instead Kevin stopped, which made me slam into him. Then he turned around.
"Well there's technically no mini-tour now...but it was going to be a surprise. We were going to let you three open up for us every night since you were so great in our last concert. Anyway, we don't wanna take any chances with Nick so yeah. It's canceled!" Kevin explained. "Zap! Done! Nada! Zilch! It's as if we never even scheduled one! And the people who bought tickets get their money back to by a ticket for another one of our concerts. How great is that?"
" Fine. Well let's watch T.V. there's nothing else to do so early in the morning!" Nikki exclaimed. We all raced to the couch in the living room to get a seat. Frankie, too! Our family seems to be very competitive when it comes to getting a seat on a couch! Frank sat on my lap. The first channel we had on was the news. Apparently Brittany (spelling?) Spears's new song called 'Womanizer' or something like that is a hit!
"Boring!!" Joe and Frankie sang in unison. Kay changed the channel to another news show, when we got hooked on it. The anchor said,
"The Jonas Brother's Mini-Tour is canceled. They will not say why! Are they becoming like Shane Gray in their movie 'Camp Rock', mad about being called Popstars? Do they really call their music 'Stu pid cookie-cutter popstar stuff?' Will they actually cancel the to--" That's the rest I heard until Kevin turned off the T.V. He seemed mad.
"Are they kidding me? HOW can they go to that? We're no Shane Gray's! Well maybe you are Joe but that doesn't count you only played him! They have no clue why we're not telling them and they say we're afraid of being called Popstars! This is unbelievable!" For the first time in my life, Kevin Jonas vented out his feelings not caring about what other people think. For this reason I clapped and smiled. Nobody seemed to get it!

Chapter 17:
"Lola why are you clapping?" Nikki asked confused. I quickly stopped clapping.
"No reason. Forget it." I say back. What was the use in explaining everything to them, anyway?
"Well we can't do anything ab--" Nikki gets cut off by the doorbell. "So early in the morning? Come answer it with me, guys." She says. We go through the house to get the door. I swear it took us like 5 minutes! This house was beautiful, but huge!
I open the door....
"Leah?" Kaylee asks, even though she knows it's her.
She nods. "Yep it's me, Leah. May I come inside?" She says.
"Sure, come on in." Kevin said and let her in. She wipes her boots on the rug outside of the house.. she's gotten a lot nicer. I think she's up to something though. I mean, she's not freaking out because she's in the Jonas' house, she's nice, she's even here!!
"Why are you here, Leah?" Joe asks curiously.
"Just wanted to say, you know, hi! To my friends." She answered.
"Um...we were never your friends at the orphanage, Leah! You hated our guts!" Kaylee exclaimed. She was right! Leah never paid attention to us....
"Where's Nick?" She asks looking around the house. We all look at each other, not knowing what to say. Kevin finally speaks up,
"Well, he's sleeping upstairs.... he tends to sleep later than the res--"
"I looked online and it said Nick was an early bird! Where is he? If he's really sleeping, may I see?" I knew she was up to no good!
"Sure, no problem Leah! Let's go upstairs. But, let me and the girls check to see if he's OK...you know how boys are. Moody sometimes...yeah I'll make sure he's not like that because trust me, you do not want to see him like that come on guys." I say and Nikki and Kay run upstairs with me into the guys' room. Before we do that, I whisper in Joe's ear, 'Stall!'
"Lola what do we do?" Nikki asks, impatiently when we get into their room.
"Put some of the pillows under the blankets....about Nick's height! Just estimate. Oh this is perfect..." Kaylee shouts as we scurry to do everything.
I grab a device that makes snoring noises, Joe got it for Christmas a few years ago he says, it's perfect! So I turn that on and hide it, and for Nick's 'head,' we take one of Kev's old basketballs, but we put the covers over it so it doesn't look like a basketball! We couldn't do anything about the curly hair though. Oh well this was the best we could do on such short notice! Then when we finished in about 4 minutes flat, we go back downstairs.
"Ok, Nick seems to be in a good mood, although he's snoring. So come on up!" Nikki says. Kev and Joe's idea of 'stalling' was showing Leah their rock collection. Don't ask. Leah had an expression of relief on her face when we said she could go upstairs. The guys looked worried when we came into their room, but then they sighed in relief when they saw what we created.
"Oh, so he was sleeping after all!" Leah finally said. A look of suspicion came across her face though.... "Well I better get going. Nice talking to you guys...um...Nice rock collection...tell Nick I said hi when he gets up. Ok?" She asked. Of course we all said yes, and she was out the door in seconds. Joe closed the door behind her downstairs and sat down in front of it. I guess that meant 'Wow that was close!' He was right.

Chapter 18:
"Yeah Joe that was close." Kevin said. I guess he read his mind like I did!! Kevin's cell phone started to ring.
"Kev, your ring-tone is 'Inseparable'?" Nikki asked.
"Yeah! Can't a guy like one of his songs?!" He said and picked up his phone. "Hello? Mickey! Hey! Yeah, come on over we'll explain everything. Ok. Ok. Bye!" He hung up.
"Um...Mickey?" I asked. "Who's Mickey?"
"Well, her real name is Miracle. Her nick-name is Mickey, and she is Nick's what he calls...'his friend that just happens to be a girl', If you girls get my drift." Joe replied.
We all burst out laughing! "Nick?! A 'friend that just happens to be a girl!?!' How could he have one?!!!" I managed to say, trying not to laugh any harder.
"Yeah. I know, very hard to believe! They met at a Meet and Greet, I think..... so anyway, we're explaining to her what happened to Nick, she doesn't know yet." Kevin said. A few minutes later the doorbell rang. We all answered and let Mickey in. Wow. She was so pretty!!! Lucky Nick!
"Hi!! I'm Miracle! And you are?" Mickey said to us. She seems friendly, too!
"I'm Lola. This is Nicole and Kaylee. We're Joe, Kevin and Nick's adopted sisters!" I said to her.
"Aw! Adopted sisters? That's so sweet of you guys!!" She said. "Where's Nick? I called him on his cell, he didn't pick up. I left like....a hundred messages and he never replied!! Is he ok?"
"Not really, Mickey." Joe said. "He's in the hospital. Wanna go visit him with us?"
She gasped and held her hand to her mouth in surprise. "Of course I wanna see him!!"
We all got dressed and got in Kevin's car. *Yeah, not Joe's!!* We got to the hospital, got his room number and went in the room. He wasn't there.

Chapter 19:
We started to panic. Even though we really didn't have to, we did anyway. Nick didn't leave a note that he was gonna be somewhere...nothing! Nada! El zippo!
"Let's ask a nurse of where he might be." Miracle suggested.
We all found the nearest nurse...I think her name was Amanda...it said that on her name tag.
" Excuse me...Ah--manda? Amanda!" Nicole read her name tag..sounding it out.
"Yeah! Nikki! You can read! Woot woot!" Joe teased.
"Yes I'm Amanda. Can I help you?" Nurse Amanda asked.
"Yeah, well our brother Nick, he's like, in the hospital...." I started to say, but Kev cut me off.
"Duh Lola! APPARENTLY he's in the hospital! Why else would we be here? Anyway, yeah our brother Nick, well we can't find him! He's not in his room! The last name is..." He started to whisper "his last name is Jonas. That is spelled J-O-N-A-S."
"Ah. Nicholas Jerry! He's one of the sweetest and nicest patients I've ever met! You were checking in room 266 B, right?" Nurse Amanda said, getting out a file from the tall cabinet behind her desk. The file was labeled 266 B.
"No, we were in room 266 A. The lady at the front desk told us that was his room number!" Miracle said.
"Was that Eileen? Yeah, well she's been wacky ever since she started this job." She took out another file labeled 266 A and continued, "Room 266 A is Nicholas Jones' room. Must have gotten the last names mixed up. Sorry about that..."
"That's OK. Where's room 266 B?" Nicole asked.
"Down the hall, I believe it's the first door on the left hand side. Have a good visit!" She opened the file right before we turned the corner and called out to us, "We took a bunch of tests on him last night, throughout the whole night...So it's ok if he's sleeping. He really took a beating last night! It was all we could do for one more test...anyway we're just waiting for the blood results. Depending on the results for that test, it will determine when he will be let out of the hospital. Maybe as soon as tonight, but nobody's sure yet." We had to turn and head back towards her because she was going to say more....she continued, "Nick's been cared for the most...meaning that he's been having more tests in one day than anyone else in the hospital, for being famous and stuff. Because you guys are famous and busy all the time, we figure the sooner he's out, the better for the media so they won't find out, and well it's just easier for you."
"Ok. Thanks Amanda." Joe said abruptly. He's had enough of her talking! We all turned around and went to room 266 B. Amanda was going to say more, but we completely ignored her so she had to stop talking to us! Fame and fortune has it's costs, let me tell ya!

Chapter 20:
So we got to Nick's room. Before we went in, Kevin instructed us...
"Now go in quietly, he might be resting. If he is, we'll come back some other time. Alright?" He whispered.
"Ok, Kevin!" We all said. When we got in....
"Nick wake up!!!" Joe called out to him, practically jumping on his bed like a little child. Nick woke up.
"Oh.. Hi guys." He said weakly. "Hey, Miracle."
"Hi Nick. Joe woke you up, eh?" I said.
"Um. Yeah, sorta. That's Ok, though."
"Aww my poor baby!" Miracle said kneeling down to his bed's height.
"Please, I can't take that lovey-dovey stuff!!" Kaylee begged. "We just wanted to see how you were doing Nick."
"I'm good. Just weak. Those doctors took a lot of blood from me last night. And that nurse Amanda, boy...she's a piece of work! I ask her how she is and she goes on about her daughter getting married and blah, blah blah, stuff I don't care about! I mean I ask one question and it's like I REALLY wanna hear about how she is!!" Nick sighed
"Yeah, well we sorta got that impression when she talked to us..." Nicole said. "Well we can't wait until you're back home."
"Oh! I was watching the news, and it said that we canceled our mini-tour for tomorrow? Was that all because of me?" Nick asked.
"Yeah. We weren't sure how long you would be stuck in here." Joe said.
"Sorry guys. Curse my diabetes!"
"No problem, bro." Kevin said. "Hey you guys wanna go to the park?"
"Yeah sure!" We all said.
"Don't worry Nick! We'll go to the park some other time when your out of here again!!" Miracle exclaimed.

So then we all said bye to Nick and headed to the park. At the park....
"Hey Kaylee, Lola! There's Ms. Banks by the fountain!" Nicole said to us pointing to her.
"Let's say hi!" I said. We left Joe, Kevin and Miracle for a few minutes while we went over to Ms. Banks.
"Ms. Banks! Ms. Banks!" Kaylee called out. She turned around and waved to us in surprise.
"Hi Lola, Nicole, and Kaylee! How's life with the Jonas'?" Ms. Banks asked.
"It's great, Ms. Banks! Nick's in the hospital though....it's a long story. Anyway, how's the orphanage?" Nicole said.
"Actually, it's horrible, girls. I have to show you something...."

Chapter 21:
Ironically, the orphanage was right behind the park. We turned around and saw nothing.
"Where's the orphanage, Ms. Banks?" I asked.
"Girls, one of the curtains in the rooms caught on fire! It's all gone! Everything is gone!" Ms. Banks cried out.
"Are all the girls ok?" Kaylee asked.
"Yeah their all fine! Except they have no where to go! None of us do." She said
Nicole deviously turned to Kevin, Joe and Miracle. She said, "Be right back!" And dragged me and Kaylee to them. What was she up to? When we got to them.....
"Kevin! Kevin! Kevin!" Nicole shouted.
"What Nicole?!" He said.
Nicole talked fast and explained. "Well the orphanage got burned down and well they all have nowhere to go and we have a big house and-" Joe cut her off.
"If you think we're letting like...50 to 70 girls in our house for God knows how long, you're terribly mistaken!" Joe said.
"What a big vocabulary you have, Joe!" I said. He blushed.
"Haha...well I'm not dumb! You people need to give me more respect!"
"So is that a yes?" Kaylee asked.
"No!" Kevin and Joe said in unison.
"No, it's a yes? Or no it's a no?" Nicole said.
"Yes..I mean no! Stop confuzzling me Nicole!" Joe said and held his head as if he had a brain freeze.
We pouted. "Fine!" I said. We ran back to Ms. Banks and told her the news. "They said no!" I told her.
"Oh fudge! Now what?" Ms. Banks said. "The girls are over there with no place to go!! They're unwanted?!"
"I have an idea and it will work I'm positive!!!" I shouted as if a light bulb just popped out of my head.

Chapter 22:
I got out my cell phone as fast as lightning. "Nicole! You have Matt's number in your phone right?" I asked.
"Yeah. Wh-" Said Nicole, but I cut her off.
"Well give it to me!" She gave me her phone and I flipped it open. I found his number and typed it into my phone. I handed back Nicole's phone to her and called him. When he answered...
"Hello?" He said.
"Hi Matt, right?"
"Yeah. Who's this?"
"I'm Lola, ya know, Nicole's sister."
"Oh, hi Lola.." He said and sounded as if he was nervous to talk to me.
"So, didn't you tell Nicole that you're parents had a side job as being party or fun raiser planners? You know, when their not 'doctors'?"
"Yeah?!"
"Well come to the park and look for either Me, Kaylee and Nicole, or Joe and Kevin. I have a favor to ask you." Before he could say anything else, I pressed 'End Call'and hung up. I wouldn't tell anyone what I'm up to. Shortly after I hung up, he arrived looking for us. I flagged him over and he jogged to us.
"Hi guys. You wanted me to come here?" Matt said.
"Yep, yep we did. You see, the orphanage that we used to live in behind you...it burned down and all the other girls have nowhere to go! Our brothers are being very stubborn and selfish....so none of them can come with us. Maybe you can help." I explained.
"If you mean letting 50-70 girls in my house for God knows how long....." He started to say and Kaylee cut him off
"That's exactly what Joe said!"
"And no that's not what we want. If you can plan a fun raiser, we can get a ton of money and have the orphanage rebuilt, making it be new and improved!" I concluded.
"Actually if it's new it's never been there....if it's improved it's been there, so that makes no sense, Lola!" Nicole said. She's got a point...
"No matter. Could you help us Matt? Please? For the girls!" I practically begged. He hesitated and said.....

Chapter 23:
"I'll see what I can do. When is it?" He said to us.
"How about Saturday? I hear it will be warm and sunny. We can have a car wash, bake cookies and other foods, and sell home made jewelry too!" said Kaylee
"Yeah, but where are the orphans gonna stay until then? Where will Ms. Banks stay?" Nicole said
"Please, I think we have some money to rent a few hotel rooms!" I exclaimed and everyone agreed; we were filthy rich for crying out loud!
"Thank you so much! How can I ever repay you guys?" Ms. Banks said.
"NOT with money!! We have too much of that." Nicole Kaylee and I shouted.
"What about me? I could use a few bucks! My hockey stick just busted!" Matt whined.
Nicole handed him a $50 dollar-bill and said "Go get yourself a descent haircut, too!" and we all laughed. "Hey, we should get back to Kevin, Miracle and Joe! We were supposed to be having a picnic!" We asked if Ms. Banks wanted to join us, but she said 'no thanks.' Matt tagged along, though. We're gonna be good friends, us and him. So we strolled over to them, just as we did, Joe dropped the huge watermelon that was supposed to be lunch.
"Ugh dude!! You dropped it!" Kevin said as he hit Joe in his head.
"Relax, Kev! I think we have some peaches that we could have!" Mickey said. She always seemed to be the one who stops the fights!
"Oh peaches!" I squealed as I grabbed one out of Joe's hand.
"Hey!" He said and chased me around for a little bit while I laughed. Wasn't too funny for him though!
"Yo what's that Matt dude doing here?" Kevin asked. He's got no manners!
Nicole stood up for him "He's our friend so leave him alone!"
"Nice to see you too." Matt sighed. "Aren't me and you guys friends? I said I was sorry for what I did!"
"Well I don't know! Joe get over here!" he said and Joe stopped chasing me; he was out of breath, anyway.
"Yeah?" Joe asked, grasping for air. "You're a fast runner, Lola! I have to work out more often!"
"Do we like Matt? The one who beat us up?" Asked Kevin.
"He's alright in my book." Joe replied.
"Thank you." Matt said, pleased. "Kevin?"
"He's cute, too!" Mickey added.
"Don't even think about it!" Kaylee said.
"I guess. But you do know if you try anything with our sisters, you're done for!" Kev warned.
"Chill out! I learned my lesson!" Matt said. We all talked and ate, then talked some more.
"Oh guys! We need some money from you, to rent a hotel for 4 nights. Ya know, the orphans." Nicole asked.
"It's better than them all staying with us, so fine. How much? What hotel?" Kevin asked.
"Well we were thinking....the Holiday Inn, which is only a short ride from here. It would be a few large rooms, say maybe...3 or 4? That would cost about $800 a night for 4 nights, that would be about $3,200 bucks. Plus meals which adds on another $400 for 4 rooms a night which brings us to $4,800. Think you can do that?" Kaylee said. She was a whiz when it came to math!!
"Sure, why not?" Joe said. We were all excited so we ran over and told Ms. Banks the news. Matt stayed with Joe, Kevin and Miracle though. When we came back....

Chapter 24:
They were just gone. Matt came out of the bushes and approached us though.
"Hey girls" He said in a loud, obvious voice. "I don't know where the guys and Miracle are. Maybe you could help me." He pointed behind a tree.
Kaylee caught on and talked in her 'obvious loud voice.' It was apparent that we were playing a game of some sort! "Ok. We will help our friend Matt find our brothers and their friend. Wherever will they be?" We sneaked up in front of the tree, then I signaled and we ran in back of it...they weren't there. Then Joe and Kevin came out behind me and yelled 'Boo!!' and I practically jumped out of my skin as everyone else was laughing!
"Haha very funny guys." I said as I cooled down. "Matt were you part of that?"
"Sadly, yes!" He said. Then we continued talking and decided to go home. Miracle walked home with Matt *lucky Matt!* and Kevin drove us home.
At home....
Mom approached us when we walked in the door. "Hey kids... I got a call from the hospital..."
"And?" Nikki asked.
"Nick's gonna be able to come home tonight." She said.
"Yay! So what about the tour? We could still do it!" Kaylee said, brightening up.
"Well we already cancelled all the concerts, but..Hey dad!" Kevin said.
"Yeah?" Dad said as he came into the room. "What's up, Kev?"
"Well Nick will be able to come home tonight, right? So is it too late to go on tour? I know we already cancelled it, but--"
Dad cut him off "Maybe...I think so. We would have to post it on the news, though. Ya know, get the paparazzi to come here."
"Ok, let's try it." Joe exclaimed.

Chapter 25:
"Bye mom, bye dad we have to attract ourselves to fans now!" Kevin said
"Can I come? PLEASE?" Frankie whined as he came into the room.
"Sure, Frank-O!" Joe said tackling him. So we all went outside and aimlessly ran into the street yelling 'OMJ IT'S THE JONAS BROTHERS!!!' until a huge crowd of girls came and surrounded us. Big Rob didn't even come outside to protect us! What a nice bodyguard, eh?
"Excuse me, Ms Jonas?" some lady came up to me with a microphone.
"Uh...yes?" I replied
"Where is Nick? Why did you cancel the mini-tour?" Ugh she made me so pressured shooting questions at me!!
"Nick...he's out doing something." I lied. "And actually...." My voice gradually got louder and everyone quieted down, "We are going on the mini-tour...so tell everyone that it's back on, and they can still come!! Our first concert is it...where is it, Joe?"
"I think it's in New Jersey, our hometown!" He said
"Yes! New Jersey! Remember to be there!" I finished and the lady wrote down everything I said.
"Ok! Thank you, Ms. Lola!" She said and scurried off. Since when was my last name Lola? Whatever! So then we all autographed some pictures and then ran inside and waited until everyone left. Frankie seemed to be the most popular...pshh!
"So..can we go get Nick yet?" Nicole asked egar to get a 'yes' as an answer.
"Well they said we could go get him anytime between" mom looked at her watch, "4:30 and up. It's 4:15...so we could really take our time to get there."
"YES let's go!" Me, Nicole and Kaylee said in unison.
"I drive!" Joe said taking his car keys. "I have a permit, and Kevin, you're a legal adult, so ha and HA!"
"Fine. But if you go less than 5 MPH like you did on your test, I'm taking over! And if you go too fast, I'm taking over. Ok?" Kevin said.
"I heard nothing after 'fine' but ok!" Joe said. "Let's go!! To the Joe-Mobile!" And he led us to his car. I guess Joe-Mobile was like Bat-Mobile...I really don't know. I was clinging onto the leather seats the whole time, worried that he might slam into a tree or what not. Kevin was always saying 'Watch out for that old lady!' or 'Put it in drive, genius!' or most often he said 'SLAM ON THE BREAKS! You almost ran over that little boy! That's what you have breaks for!!' It was quite funny. Joe was always saying 'Will ya stop pressuring me? I'll wrap this car around a tree on purpose, just to make you stop nagging me!!'
After what seemed like forever, which was only 15 minutes of a ride, we got there. Relieved that the car, and we were in one piece, I kissed the car on it's shiny black trim! Way better than Kev's car!
"Ok so now let's go get Nick, and get outta here. Hospitals creep me out!" Kaylee said.
"Excuse me," Nicole said to the lady at the front desk...her name was Eileen.
"Yes?" Eileen said, putting her files down.
"We need the room for Nick Jonas. Not JONES. JONAS. That's capital J-O-N-A-S. Not Jones. Jonas." I think she gets it!
"Yes...he is in room 266 A." She replied.
"Ok. Thanks!" Kaylee said, and when we left the desk, she said "Room 266 B! We don't want another incident like the last time we were here!" When we got to room 266 B and walked in, Amanda was talking to Nick. She turned away for a second and Nick had the funniest face on, like he was dying! He lipped 'Help me' which we knew was time to get Amanda out of there!
"Hey Amanda! We're here to pick Nick up." Joe interrupted her talking.
"Oh yes! Well he's all yours! I'll mail you the bill, ok?" Amanda said turning to us.
"Yes, that'll be fine! Bye, Amanda!" I said.
"Thanks so much for taking care of me! Here's a tip.." Nick said and out of his wallet he handed Amanda a $100 bill. Her face filled with glee.
"Thank you! Come any time, please do! Feel free to break a leg, or possibly get it taken off...please just come again!" She said and got too carried away! 100 bucks meant a lot to her!
We finally stopped talking to her and went home. We filled Nick in on everything that happened. Then we all went to sleep.

Chapter 26:
The next morning we got up extra early. By that, I mean 4:00 AM. Yeah, that's right! Today was the start of our mini-tour and we didn't even pack! Woot woot! We all ran around packing.
"Nick honey, will you be a dear and help your brother pack? All he thinks about is toys, toys and more toys!" Mom called upstairs to him.
"No problem, mom!" Nick called back. "I watch Joe pack all the time, taking out all the toys!!"
"No silly I mean Frankie!!" Mom shouted.
"Good one, Nick!" I said. Joe was in the bathroom...yeah, doing his hair. So was I! Nick went into Frankie's room and helped him decide what to bring.
"Ok, I'm done!" Kaylee announced. "30 minutes flat!"
"Yep I'm done too!!" Nicole said. "Help me get this stuff in the van, Kaylee!"
"No need for that, girls. Allow me." Big Rob said as he carried everything.
"Rob long time no see!" Kevin said, patting him on the back.
"Yeah, well you guys just get ready! There's no time to be wasted!"
"Oh..can Cali come?" Kaylee made a puppy dog face. "Pwease?"
"Sure." Kevin said. Kaylee was as happy as a kitty purring when he said yes.
"I'll go get her cage!" She said. Now an hour passed and everyone's in the car...just me and Joe straightening our hair...still.
"Alright, Lola! I'm done. I'll wait for you. Who knows about some...stalkers, that could be lurking around the house.I'll get my speed dial ready, 1-800 STALKER" Joe said and looked around suspiciously picking up his phone.
"Alright, alright!" I said as I quickly finished. "Ok I'm done. Help me get my bags and let's use the elevator to get downstairs." When we got downstairs....
"Always the last one to get out the door." Joe says to himself and made an awkward, yet funny face. We got to the private...that's right, I said PRIVATE plane at 6:00 am! It was amazing!! A huge plane, just for us!
"Let's get this thing started!" Joe said as everyone piled in.
Our pilot was like, the nicest dude you would ever meet..after he got our autographs, of course!
"First stop, Virginia!" Dad announced and we all cheered.
"Let's call Matt, Miracle and Leah to say hi!! Can we, please?" I asked.
"Um I don't think they would appreciate us calling them at 6:00, Lola! Let's wait a while, then we can. Promise!" Nick said and smiled.
"Will someone make me a churro from that machine over there? I'm too lazy to!" Joe asked and groaned.
"Wow. That's all I have to say." Kevin said and got up from his seat as we all laughed. We talked and ate breakfast which brings us to 8:15... we're getting off the plane when we decide to call them now.
"Let's start with Leah!"Nicole said. We did as she requested. We used Kaylee's phone.
"Hello, Leah?" Kaylee said. "Yeah, it's Kay--hello?" She flipped over her phone. "She hung up."

Chapter 27:
"Call again. I'll talk to her." Kevin insisted.
"Put it on speaker! I wanna hear!!" Joe said and Kaylee called and pushed the speaker button.
Leah picked up after about 5 rings. "Uh..hello?" she said quietly, sniffling. I could almost hear her crying and see her tear-streaked face.
"Leah, it's us. Kev, Joe and Nick. Why did you hang up on Kaylee before?" Nick asked.
She sniffled again and hesitated."Um, well I'm sorry. I had a fight with my friend and we're not friends anymore. Now you guys are gone and I'm just upset with no one to talk to."
"Don't you have the other girls in the orphanage to be friends with? What about Lucy or Capri? Aren't they your friend? How are you even calling us? You don't have a phone!" Nicole said.
"No. None of them like me! They were all like 'You're a control freak and mean to everyone!' or something crazy like that! I'm alone, and I'm using Ms.Bank's phone. We're also in the hotel..."
"I'm sorry Leah! We can't do anything for you at the moment. Just give us a call if you need to talk, we have to go." Joe said.
"Ok. Bye guys." Leah said and instantly hung up.
We were escorted to our hotel. All Frankie could do was look up when we got there. It was the tallest building any of us has ever seen!! And get this: we got our own FLOOR! Floor 15! All to us! We all got our own room.
"Suh-weet!" Kaylee said as she entered her huge room and we got into ours. They were all the same. Huge, beautiful, huge! All 7 of us *yes, Frankie too* came into Nick's room and we called Matt. Then we would call Miracle, and just relax until tonight, when we had a concert. We were in Richmond, Virginia. *Richmond is in Virginia, right??*
I used my phone. Yep, my phone is special!! I put speaker on as I dialed Matt's number.
"Lola?" Matt said. My heart melted. He knows my name!! What am I talking about?! We're only friends!
"Hi Matt! It's us!" I said.
"Hey, Matt-O!" Joe shouted into the phone. We all said hi.
"Hi everyone!" Matt said cheerfully. "Where are you?"
"Virginia! We have a concert tonight! I think it'll be televised, so flip around the t.v. tonight at 8!" Nick said. "Guess who's opening up for us!!!"
Matt guessed, "Let me guess...Kaylee, Lola, and Nicole?"
"Uh-huh!" Kaylee said and nodded excitedly.
"Awesome, I'll be sure to watch!" he said. "Miracle's at my house! Say hi, Mickey!" Why was she at his house?
"Hey guys! Nick you ok?" Mickey said.
"Hey Mickey! Yep, I'm fine. Miss ya!" Nick replied.
"Well sorry my mom's calling me! Gotta go! I'll watch you guys, I promise! Bye!" We all said bye and he hung up.
"Oh! I'll let Cali out of her cage and she can run around in my room!" Kaylee said.
"Cool!! Let's go!" Nicole said and she and Kaylee went to get Cali. I stayed. They shortly returned with the cage.
"Uh...guys" Nicole said and plopped the cage on Nick's bed. "She's gone."

"What do you mean, 'she's gone?" I practically screamed!
"I don't know!! Maybe she got out of her cage on the..plane." Kevin said, gradually getting quieter.
"But where could she be now??" Joe asked. "We have to get her, wherever she is anyway!"
"Call the pilot of our private plane." Nick said, so we did so.
"Hello?? Yeah it's us." Kaylee said. "Um, you didn't check the plane yet, did you? Because we seemed to have lost our pet cat! Oh, you did? Are you sure she's not on i--oh. Ok. Thanks anyway. Bye." She hung up. "Nah, she's not there. Meaning, she's somewhere here! Search everywhere, guys!" We split up. Me, Kaylee and Nicole went one way. Joe, Frankie, Kevin and Nick went the other.
"Ok! Look everywhere on this floor! In the bathrooms, in the pantries....check in the mailboxes! Just look everywhere!!" Nicole announced. "We have to find her no matter what. The guys will call us if they find her, and we'll do the same."
I searched in all the closets in our huge rooms. It was hard work! Just looking for a kitty takes as much effort as searching for a tiny thumb tack the same color as the floor!!
My phone suddenly started blaring my ringtone. Nikki and Kay scrambled to the room I was in as I picked up the phone. It was the guys. "Hey, you find her?" I said.
"Lola! We're not sure! She's meowing. We're in the same room, but can't seem to find her! You girls aren't def yet! Come into Joe's room and help!" Kevin said. Quicker than a bolt of lightning, we were in Joe's room frantically searching. Cali's meows got louder and louder every second.
"I found her!! She's in the pantry!" Nicole finally announced. We came over to her. Nick leaned in and picked up little Cali and hugged her.
"Cali! You're ok!!" Kaylee said about to start tearing up. Our eyes filled with such joy.
"How did you end up in the pantry?" Kevin asked her, pretending that she would actually answer him. We all turned around and glared at Joe, all the way in the back.
"What'd I do?" Joe said. "I was with you guys how could I possibly have put her in the pantry? Why would I, anyway?"
"I don't know. It's just fun to see your reaction when we stare at you!" Frankie teased. Well, it was true! It was fun! We just hung out in our rooms for a long while, pretty much doing nothing.
"Jeez! Look at the time! We have to get ready for our concert!" Kevin said coming into my room looking at his watch reading....6:55! Where did the time go?
"Ok! I'll get the girls!" I said and called their names. We were all exhausted! It was time to go, we all were ready...Joe and I were on time tonight! Anyway, one disaster leads to another, right? If you said no..ha ha. You would be so wrong!

Chapter 29:
Let me start at the beginning of the bus ride. Everything was going fine! Nothing out of the ordinary.
"I'm really nervous for me, Lola and Nicole to open up for you guys, to be honest!!" Kaylee said to the guys as me and Nicole played a card game. I was nosy enough to listen in on their conversation.
"First time jitters. Happens to the best of us, Kay!" Nick assured her. "You girls will be awesome."
"What are you gonna sing, anyway?" Kevin asked. "We could play any song you want of ours. If you have something else in mind though, I think we could manage to play it."
"Oh what about the Nerve Song?" Joe suggested.
"What??"
"You know, 'I know a song that gets on everybody's nerves, everybody's nerves, everybody's nerves! I know a song that gets on everybody's ne--"
" I get it." Kay said and put her hand over his mouth. "Maybe we'll do.." she turned to us. "What about Hello Beautiful?"
"Fine to m--" we started to say, but got interrupted by a sharp sound.
"What was that?" Nicole asked worried.
"Sounded like a tire!" Kevin said. "Mom! Dad! Everything ok?" He shouted up front to them.
"Yeah, a tire went flat though!" Mom shouted back to him. Ugh great! What next?!
"Now what? We have to get to the concert and can't drive without the tire! AND there's no spare one! I checked before we left." I complained.
"Drastic times call for drastic measures." Nick said.
Frankie was confused..so were the rest of us!!"Excuse me? What's that supposed to mean Nick?" He said.
"We gotta get a ride from someone going to the concert!! Duh!" He explained.
"That might be the stupidest thing you've ever said in your whole entire life!!!" Kevin groaned.
"We might have to..." Dad said. Oh boy!! What a lucky family going to our concert can actually ride in a car with them! Flat tires could never be so harsh.

Chapter 30:
Yeah, so we ended up hitch-hiking! Us!! The Jonas'! Kevin stuck out his thumb facing the opposite way while the rest of us watched the cars pass us. Finally...
"Hey! Guys I think this Red Mustang is pulling over! Come over here" Kevin called to us. The car pulled to the side of the road, inches away from Kevin as we stood behind.
A family was inside it. "Hi. Need a ride?" The guy asked. They looked nice so we said yes and got in the car.
"I know you!! Your the Jonas Brothers! OMJ!!" The girl said. 3 words....Worst...Ride...Ever. the whole time we were signing autographs, getting pictures, and it was the awkwardest ride you would ever experience! Joe looked at Kevin, Kevin looked at Nick, Nick looked at me, I looked at Nicole, and Nicole looked at Kaylee and then it started over again. It was like..very uncomfortable! We finally got there..
"Would you guys like backstage passes? To see us after the concert?" Nick asked the children.
"Duh!! That would be awesome! Thanks!!" The girl said again and Nick handed her 2 passes. Noticing that it was now 7:50, we said thanks to the family and sprinted..yes I mean sprinted backstage, got ready, and with absolutely no time to spare, me, Kaylee and Nicole opened up for our brothers, singing Hello Beautiful. It was a bunch of fun! Kaylee got over her fears and we all had a blast! The guys kept us on stage...I mean, forced us back on stage and had us sing a few songs with them. Truly, no matter how annoying they are and they may get in the way, their still..the best brothers ever! We got our names out there, and now.. now we're officially sisters of Jonas!!

Chapter 31:
As promised, we met the family that drove us here backstage, to sign even MORE things. Joe was half asleep, Kevin constantly had to slap him to keep him awake, and Nick...he was fine. But us, pshh... once we got back to the hotel, BAM! we were down! Once again, the guys had to carry us upstairs. I heard Nick mumble 'I guess we should get used to this.' and then a whole bunch of 'yeahs' and what not. It was the most tiring concert for all of us, because of course, Joe was carrying me, and before he was half asleep so he was really tired now. When we got to my room he fell on his knees still holding me! I didn't react, though. If he did drop me I would just plan revenge. Sweet, sweet revenge. But he didn't drop me surprisingly,and I was in once piece! The next morning I woke up before anyone else. I knew that because I didn't hear anyone talking, not even mom or dad! I slowly crept into Nikki's room, staying close to the ground like a spy on a secret mission! I took a pillow that was laying around and smacked her with it!
"What the h--LOLA!" She said angrily. "What did you do that for?"
"It's time to wake up!" I replied. "C'mon let's do the same thing for Kay!" So Nikki got up and we crept into Kay's bedroom and did the same thing. She didn't wake up!
"Oh wow! How can you not wake up from that?!" Nikki whispered. "Is she all right?"
"Kay?" I said in my normal voice. "Kaylee?" No response. "Yoohoo!" Nothing. Nikki got close to her and Kaylee screamed in her face.
"BOO!!!" She yelled and made Nikki's heart skipped a beat or two. She screamed as well, in terror.
"KAYLEE!!" Her voice squeaked a little. All I could figure is that, somebody else would wake up.
"Yeah?" Kaylee calmly asked sitting up in her bed. "What's the haps?"
"Oh you know, 'what's the haps!' You know dang well that I'm gonna hurt you!!" Nikki charged at Kay but I held her back with all my might. "LET ME AT HER LOLA! Release me!"
"Hold on there, partner! Calm down it was just a joke!" I said. "I will release you if you promise not to go after Kay! Okay?"
"Mkay. Now release me, seriously your cutting the circulation off my wrists." I let her go. Kevin, Nick and Joe came barging in the room, each with an item. Kev had a gold golf club, Nick had a ....guitar that he called Black Pearl, and Joe had...I don't even know what Joe had. But we all started cracking up.
"What are you guys doing?!" Kay asked, laughing between almost every word.
"We though something was wrong!" Kev said.
"Well what were you gonna do? Club us to death?!" I asked and they all shrugged.
"What in the world do you have, Joe?" Nikki asked.
He shrugged. "I just got whatever was in front of me. Apparently it's a..." he observed what he was holding a bit. "It's a taco machine." He shrugged again. "I don't know! I want a taco now, though."
"Anyway, good morning. And we have to tell you girls something. It's for when we get back home, but we couldn't resist. Are you ready?" Kev asked. We nodded our heads in excitement.
"Well..." Nick started then exchanged looks with his brothers. My heart pounded every second he didn't tell us.

Chapter 32:
"TOO BAD!!" Kev and Nick sang together.
Joe seemed confused. He tilted his head."Wait, that's not the secret. Wasn't it that th-"
"Yeah. Ugh Joe don't you get it? We're not telling them!" Nick said, hitting him in the back of his head.
"Oh! Too bad!" Joe repeated.
Me, Kay and Nikki slumped down. "Why won't you tell us?" Kay said and made a puppy dog face.
"That puppy dog face doesn't work with us!!" Kev insisted. He looked at it again. "Nope! Not gonna work! You'll just have to wait until Saturday when we get home!"
"Fine! We don't wanna know what it is, anyway!!!" I pouted.
"We have to drive to Mississippi to go to our concert tonight. No worries, though. It's not far from here..not really, anyway. So chop chop! We have to get a head start." Nick said. We got ready and packed a bit, even though we were pretty much packed. Everyone was ready on time. Everyone piled in the van..I wonder where it came from! We took a limo to the hotel. Anyway, we were hanging out for a few hours...maybe 3 or so. It was 2:00 PM when we got to Mississippi.
"Joe, pop quiz! How do you spell Mississippi!?" Kev shot at him quickly.
It took a while for him to comprehend the question. "Let's see...." He stopped for Dramatic effect then snapped back. "M I S S I S S I P P I! Mississippi!" That was quicker than he could spell dog!! "I've been practicing" he bragged and pretended to shine an apple on his shirt. "I've been working on something, too. I'll show ya'll later tonight. At the concert."
Nick counted on his fingers. "Your right! That's a first" He mumbled.
"Children! We're here!" Dad shouted and we cheered.
"Finally!!" Nikki said relieved. We got out of the van and into our hotel, the Holiday Inn. We had Floor 27 to ourselves which was totally sweet! The rooms seemed the same so we unloaded everything the same. When we were on the elevator bringing our stuff, someone came on the elevator that made our brothers gasp and turn bright red like a tomato.

Chapter 33:
Remember that our brothers were in disguises so nobody could tell who they were. Me, Kay and Nikki didn't need them though. I wouldn't mind signing a few stuff or taking pictures anyway. Anyway, there were 2 girls. One of them turned around.
"What floor?" She asked, then gasped. "Aren't you the Jonas Brother's sisters?!" We nodded. "I'm a huge fan! Mi--Joe? Ugh I know it's you guys. Joe's face always turns bright red when he's by a girl he knows or recently broke up with!" Then I saw another girl turn around. It was Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift!! In the same elevator as us! I almost fainted! Me and Nikki had to hold Kay up so she wouldn't. "What are you doing here?!" Taylor asked.
"Hello?! Mini-tour! What are you doing here?" Kevin asked. Taylor and Miley exchanged looks.
"Well, Taylor was so heart-broken by..." Miley pointed at Joe, which made everyone look at him. "Because of Joe, so we decided to get to know each other better and have a G.N.O"
"In Mississippi of all places?!" Nick abruptly interrupted.
"Ya, well I didn't think Joe could actually spell Mississippi, so I figured you wouldn't be here!" Taylor said in a snotty tone.
"Hey! I can spell Mississippi! Tell em' boys! And FYI I don't like you making fun of me! You know that whole goofy thing is a joke for my fans! Do you think I made fun of you because your a country-singer or you have weird Chinese eyes when your not Chinese?? No I did not!! Come on guys. I'm sorry you girls had to hear this on your first tour." Miley and Taylor were shocked when Joe finished his speech, and they weren't the only ones! He stood up for himself! When the elevator door opened on our floor, Joe added "I hope this elevator breaks and you're stuck in there for hours. And don't think I'll come to your rescue, because I won't and neither would Nick, Miley."
"That's right! No one messed with us!!" Nick said as the elevator door closed and the girls' mouths hung open and they mumbled a few words.
"Joe! You stood up for yourself!" I said.
"Why thank you Lola. I'm done with Taylor giving me that crud that I don't wanna deal with! I'm over the fact that we're over!I made a bridge and went over it! She takes it like a baby!!"
"I'm getting a call!!" Nicole said taking out her phone. "It's Matt! I'll put it on speaker." She put it on speaker and flipped open her phone. "Matt?"
"Yeah, hey. I saw the concert last night!"
"And? How did you like it?" Kaylee asked.
"You girls have amazing voices! You all do, even your brothers!!" They blushed.
"So i have one question. Why was Miracle at your house? It's been bugging me for a while now, an--" Nick said but Matt cut him off.
"Well I need to tell you guys something!" His voice got quieter. "We're related!!" Our mouths dropped open.
"How?!!" Joe asked quickly
"3rd cousins! My mom said that she was familiar and we found out she's my 3rd cousin."
Joe sang in a high pitched voice"Awkward..."

Chapter 34:
"Oh wow." said Kevin surprised.
"Shocker!" said Nicole...they were both right!
"So um anyway," Matt sensed an awkward moment so he tried to make up a conversation, I could tell in his voice that he was improvising....badly. "Anyways, Mickey was..helping me on a school project..in science. Yeah, that's it. Science. We had to find an element and...make this atom thing..."
Joe cut him off "My middle name is Atom!!"
"No Joe, it's Adam, not Atom!!" said Nick. They sounded exactly the same, just different spelling!
"Well anyway that's why she was there. Listen I gotta go. I'll talk to you later, alright?"
"Ok" We all said.
"Bye"
"Bye" and we hung up.
"So um..." Kaylee started to say but then just stopped.
"That was very uncomfortable." Said Kevin.
"You took the words right out of my mouth, Kev!" said Kaylee.
We all separated and went in our rooms for a little while. Of course, my room was next to Joe's and Nick's. Great. I listened to my iPod, and I could hear that Joe had his t.v. on, watching himself in JB:Living the Dream. All of them, every single 'episode'. I heard the one when he was trying to drive, and I heard him say 'Wow!! I was bad!' and I just smiled because yeah, he was!! Nick was listening to music, you guessed it, Jonas Brothers, and he had it on his regular stereo so we could all hear it. Oh my brothers, always admiring themselves. It was funny, and sickened me at the same time! Suddenly, Joe barged in my room with the gang. They didn't know what was going on and neither was I!!
"I'm getting a job." He blurted out. All we did was stare at each other in amazement.

Chapter 35:
I couldn't help but laugh, followed by Nick, Kevin, Frankie, Kaylee, then finally Nicole managed to get out a little chuckle. Joe seemed to be mad after that.
"What?" he asked
"Ok, ok" Kevin started to say and stopped laughing. "Ok, dude. There's one little problem with that! Number 1: Dude! We have all the money in the world! We won't need money until we're on one of those 'Where are they now?' shows! Number 2: It's you! Joe you're a goof ball! And number 3: Your a Jonas. If people see you they would go bonkers!!" We all nodded.
"Ok I have answers to those reasons! Number 1: Maybe I like money! Maybe I just wanna get a little extra money! Money money money! Number 2: Oh thanks. I'm a goof ball. Thanks. Who's always the tension breaker in the house when Nick or Kevin, when you guys are trying to practically kill each other? Me! Me me me me me!! And number 3: I think it would be fun saying 'Hello welcome to McDonalds can I take your order? You want fries with that shake? Your total is 1 million dollars, please drive to the next window!"
"Those were the stu.pidest answers I have ever heard!" said Kaylee. I hate to say it, but she was right.
"I don't care what you say! I'm getting a job!!"
"Haha yeah ok" Nick said fake coughing. "We gotta get to our concert now. Let's go. Joe, you want fries with that?" Nick, Frank and Kevin were hysterically laughing their way out of my room. Joe sat on my bed depressed. Me and my sisters sat next to him.
"It's ok, Joe." I said.
"Yeah, well not really. Nick and Kevin always think everything I say is a joke! When I'm talking seriously they just laugh and it bugs me."
"It shouldn't it's ok to be funny! You can't live life with no sense of humor!" said Nicole.
"Well maybe I can. I should have given up my dream of being a comedian years ago when this band started."
"No but everyone loves you being funny Joe you can't let that go!!" said Kaylee.
"Yes I can and I will. No more funny Joe. I'm still a klutz but not funny anymore. I have to make myself serious so the people around me take me seriously."
Nick and Kevin came back in the room. "Ya'll coming? Joe let's go!" Nick said motioning to come.
"No." said Joe. "I'm not going."

Chapter 36:
"Dude! You have to go!!" said Kevin.
"Says who?"
"NEWSFLASH! You're Joe Jonas you can't just not go over a silly little argument now let's move move move!" said Nick angrily pushing him off the bed. He fell.
"I'm not going." said Joe planting his feet firmly on the carpet.
"Ugh Joe please come on...you'll be disappointing millions of your fans!!" I said, practicing my guilt look.
"Hey you mean our fans!" said Kevin pointing to him, Joe and Nick.
"No she's right. My fans. They all come to concerts to see me and my hair..yeah they do." said Joe admiring his straight, silky long black hair. We laughed.
"Hey you said no more funny Joe and you were funny!! You can't not be funny!" said Nicole.
"Ugh I guess you're right. Fine I'll go but it's just to please my hair-loving fans of me." Wait..what? Haha!
"Um ok.. let's just go we're late as it is." Kaylee said hurrying them. Our brothers got their bags
and whatever they needed and went out the door in a flash.They didn't even care what they looked like...oh well. At least we got the funny Joe back!!
It didn't take long to get to the concert, but we were 5 minutes late so we all ran backstage, did some last-minute hair fixings and then me and my sisters were on. By ourselves, we sang We Got the Party...Jonas Sister Style!! Meaning no Hannah Montana, just us and the band. It turned out to be really good. What really surprised us, though was a visit from Demi Lovato! She came on stage and surprised us all!
"Hey guys" She said, with no microphone just talking to us three. "Surprised much?"
"You're! You're! You're...." said Kaylee not getting out the other words.
"Yes I'm Demi Lovato!! Wanna sing some songs? I hear you're really good."
"Oh yeah baby!! What songs?" asked Nicole
"Any of mine that you know? How about La La Land?" I love that song...!
"Sure!" We all said in unison. Demi gave the band a signal and they started to play La La Land. And then we sang. It was so much fun and the crowd loved it! Then we all went backstage after a little bit and hung out with Demi while our brothers played. Another great concert came to an end.

Chapter 37:
The concert was great. I fell asleep, followed by my sisters,right when we got into our hotel rooms.
However, the next morning didn't turn out the way I had planned. Well...let me rewind.
I woke up, woke up my sisters, and brothers, and finally mom and dad.
"G'morning mommy!" said Joe as we entered the room.
"Hi dad!" said Nick
"Hey mom!" said Kev. Me, Kay and Nikki just did a big wave to everyone.
While mom and dad got up from bed..well actually Frankie jumped on it...but anyway when they got up and went into the kitchenette we followed them. They got their coffee and what not and we all sat around the table.
"Guys, we have to tell you something." said mom.
"Yeah...well um...we have to go." said dad.
"Well of course we do!"said Nikki. We all nodded excitedly.
"No...we mean go. As in home. New Jersey." said dad. Our jaws dropped.
"Wait what? Weren't we going to do the rest of the week's mini-tour? It's only Wednesday! We left not only 3 days ago or whatever!" Kaylee whined. We all looked at each other curious.
"I know, but your uncle has the flu and we need to take care of him. I'm sorry kids...and Kevin!!" said mom. Well actually, Kevin is considered an adult being 21!
"I know! We can have the concert in New Jersey!" Nick suggested. We all agreed and it was settled. Saturday night, concert!
"Well when are we going to go home?" I asked.
"We think tonight. It'll let us all re-cooperate, and your uncle needs us anyway. So pack up and you can hang out and do whatever until 4:00. Big Rob will cancel the concerts we were supposed to go to. Are you all alright with that? We all silently nodded our heads. What a bummer!

Chapter 38: *so sorry it's been a long time!*
"So uhh...now what?"I asked.
"I know! Let's play with Cali!" suggested Kevin. We went into Kay's room and got out Cali. She was so tired!
"Who's a good wittle kitty?! Who's a good wittle kitty?! Cali is!! Oh yes you are!! Ohh yes you are!" Joe said and cuddled her, like he was talking to a baby. I gave her a little toy mouse and she batted it all around. It darted around the floor like a real mouse- small and sly.
After about five minutes...
"Ok now I'm bored." sighed Nick.
"Yeah, me too." I said.
"Me three, what do you wanna do?" said Nicole. We all shrugged.
"Yo guys! Remember that guitar line I was playing before?" asked Joe.
"What about it?" said Frankie.
"Listen!" he grabbed a guitar and started playing. *Lovebug* Then he got one of those little ones and started playing another line.
"Dude that's genius!" said Nick as Joe put down the guitar.
"And remember the name you said that would be perfect for a song?!" said Kevin.
"Our little Nikki's caight a lovebug?" said Joe, flashing back to when we were in the pizza parlor, spying on Nicole and Matt.
"No genius! Lovebug!" said Nick.
"Oh yeah! That's perfect!" said Kaylee. "Play it again, maybe we can work in some lyrics..."
Joe played it again and we all turned to Nicole. She would have the best words, after all!
"What?" Nikki asked. "Why ya'll lookin at me for? I didn't do nothin!"
"Lyrics! Think of some words!" I shouted.
"Oh!! Ok!" she said. "How about... Called you yesterday?"
"No no no that doesn't sound quite right!" said Kaylee.
"Ok, how about: Called you for the first time yesterday." she suggested.
"Good that's good! I like it!" said Nick writing it down on any paper he could find.
"Finally found the missing part of me?" I said.
"Genius! That's gold!" Nick said enthusiastically.
"Ok enough with the enthusiasm, Nick!" said Kaylee hit him in his head.
"Felt so close but you were far away." said Kevin.
"Left me without anything to say!!" said Frankie.
"Now I'm speechless..." sung Joe slowly. "Over the edge I'm just breathless..." he waited for Nick to write it down. "I never though that I'd catch this, lovebug again."
"Alright let's see what we've got so far! Start Nick!" said Nicole.
"Ok! One..two..three..! Play, Joe!" said Nick and Joe started playing.
"Called you for the first time yesterday.." he read. "Finally found the missing part of me. Felt so close but you were far away...left me without anything to say. Take it away Joe."
"Now I'm speechless, over the edge I'm just breathless, I never thought I'd catch this, lovebug again!" He stopped and we all cheered.
"Yeah great job!! This calls for some lunch!" I said and we all went out for an early lunch.

Chapter 39:
After lunch, we came in and went into Kevin's room and huddled around the bed. I looked at the wall clock; 2:04. We stared at each other.
"So umm..." Nick's voice started to fade.
"Awkward...." sang Joe and we all nodded.
"What do you purpose we do?" I asked. Everyone shrugged.
"I don't wanna go to new Jersey!!"blurted Kaylee.
"Yeah I wanna see Matt and Leah and Mickey again!" Nicole cried.
I nodded and agreed. "Especially Matt I wanna see him again!"
"Oh Lola, always so dramatic," Kevin teased.
"They have a point, though." said Nick, "Why can't we just...live in South Carolina?"
"I'm gonna find out." said Kaylee. She got up, planted her feet firmly on the ground, and started for the door. Nicole and I got up and followed her while the guys stayed back.
Kaylee walked to mom and dad's door and knocked. Then she barged in. But that's Kaylee for ya! "Yes?" asked dad. "What do you want, girls?"
"Why can't we just live in South Carolina?" she asked.
"Why would you wanna live there?" asked mom.
"Because," I started to say, "we wanna see old friends again! Like Leah and Mickey and Ma--" I stopped myself, because they didn't know about Matt. Nicole gave me the 'death stare.'
"Who?" they asked at the same time. I couldn't say it, because all the explaining.
"I--uhh..."
"Matt." Nicole chimed in. My eyes grew wide. Kaylee turned around to face us and mouthed, 'What, are you crazy?!!'
"Who is Matt and..Leah?" said dad.
"Orphanage. I mean, heh heh. They're from the orphanage, yeah that's it." Kaylee improvised. "We became good friends with them...and we don't wanna leave just yet."
"Actually," started mom, "Miracle, you know, Nicholas's friend that just happens to be a girl," she did air quotes, "She came with us, so she'll be coming back. I'm sure that we could transfer Matthew and Leah to another orphanage in New Jersey, right near our house. How does it sound?" We all fake grinned and laughed.
"Oh yeah, great!!" I said.
"Perfect!!" said Nicole.
"Well we gotta go! Bye!!" we ran out the door and into Kev's room, where the boys were arguing, probably about something completely random.
"I'm telling you, man," Joe said while jumping on the bed, "you're wearing green underwear! I feel very confident about this answer!"
"Wow, does it really matter?" said Kevin calmly sitting on the couch, holding a bag of potato chips. "And no I'm wearing blue underwear.." he checked. "Yep, blue. So ha."
"LIAR!!!" yelled Joe. Nick was cracking up on the other bed the whole time.
"Guys..can we interrupt you're 'brotherly dispute' for a minute?" I asked. After another jump, Joe laid down on the bed winded. His hair lay perfectly in place. How that happened...I have no clue! "We have a little problem...."

Chapter 40:
"Well what is it? What's the problem?" Nick asked now sitting upright.
"Uh..well since mom and dad didn't know about Matt..." I started and Kaylee finished my thought,
"We said that he was an orphan like Leah." she said.
"So?" Kevin said trying to get to the point.
"They said that Leah and Matt could get transferred to an orphanage in New Jersey so we could still interact!" Nicole finished.
"Oh." said Joe. "Wait no that's a good thing!"
"Ugh no it's not Joe, because Matt doesn't come from an orphanage he's a regular person!" I explained.
"So what do we do?" asked Nick. We all sat in silence for a little while until Joe acted surprised like he had the best idea ever. He perked up.
"Let's take South Carolina and move it to New Jersey!" he suggested. We all laughed except Nicole trying to process the thought.
"Ok...ok so we're gonna take..." Kevin gestured with his hands, " we're gonna take South Carolina and physically, move it into New Jersey?" Joe nodded.
"That's about the dumbest idea I've ever heard." Kaylee said shaking her head rolling her eyes.
"It's not a bad idea." said Nicole. "Joe's on to something." We all looked shocked, even Joe.
"I am? Suh-weet!!" he high-fived Frankie.
"Are you serious or are you just egging him on?" I asked.
"I'm serious. Think about it, guys. Not physically moving the whole state, of course because that's impossible...but maybe moving Matt's family..and the orphanage down to New Jersey; we could do that."
"Wow...that's not a bad idea." said Nick.
"Not bad..not bad at all." said Kevin.
"Joe!!!" I yelled.
"What!!!" he yelled back.
"You're a genius!!!" yelled Kaylee. He got all perkey happy again.
"Be right back. Let's go girls!!" Nicole gestured to us. We got up and left the guys while we went into the other room.
"Mom! Dad!" I called.
"Yes kids?" said mom.
"Ok..." started Kaylee. "We sort of lied to you about that Matt kid. He's just one of our...good friends." she looked to us and we nodded.
"So....we were wondering...if we could find a space for the orphanage, and move Matt up to New Jersey?" Nicole finished. "The orphanage was burned down, anyway, and we have a fund raiser to raise money for it on Saturday, anyway! It's perfect!"
Mom and dad exchanged looks. "That sounds reasonable. Only if this Matt person wants to move, of course. Maybe he doesn't want to." said dad.
"True, but we'll call him right now!" said Nicole. Today is turning out to be..perfect.

Chapter 41:
We skipped out of the room and into Kevin's again. I flipped open my phone and pressed Speed Dial #1. Yep...he's on my speed dial I know it's sad. I heard 5 rings and then someone picked up. Everyone was silent so I could hear.
"Hello?" someone said.
"Matt?"
"Hey Lola what's up?"
"Well...we're umm...kinda coming home today,"
"Really that's great!"
"No we mean New Jersey...like..home."
He sounded kinda sad. "Oh...well that's cool too."
"But!!" I heard Joe laugh. "Hold on Matt." I took my phone down to my waist and covered the speaker. "What's so funny Joe?!"
He laughed. "You said but!!" I rolled my eyes and started talking again.
"Sorry Matt my brother is being obnoxious. I was saying that if you were willing to, we would pay for you and your family to move down with us. To New Jersey." We sat in silence for a long while...it seemed like forever but it was only a minute or two.
"Umm...well this is awkward." Matt said uncomfortably. "I don't think that's possible.."
"But Matt we'll never see each other again!!" I stopped myself because it seemed like I was obsessing over him. "I mean by 'we' like all of us. Joe, Nick, Kevin , Nicole, Kaylee and I. Not just me of course." I gave a thumbs up. "Wait let my mom talk to your mom!!" I ran into mom's room and gave her the phone then closed the door. Everyone followed me and we heard the conversation.
"Yes, this is Lola's mother. Mrs. Jonas." mom said and we heard a scream...probably because 'Jonas' threw her off guard!! "Yeah we're going back to New Jersey and the kids would miss your son. Mmm-hmm yes. No it's on us you won't have to pay a dime. No you won't have to pay a penny either." we heard a click and footsteps. We ran into the other room so it didn't look like we were eaves dropping. Mom came in. "Kids?"
"Yes mommy?" Nick said.
"Matt's moving to Jersey! I worked it out with her mother. They were tired of their house, anyway!" Me, Kaylee and Nicole screamed as if we won the lottery... but even better!
"Oh shoot look at the time! 3:50 we have to go to the private jet!!" mom said. We took our bags and practically flew out the hotel to the jet. Big Rob was waiting for us on the roof of a firehouse. After we got permission we ran up to the roof and climbed in the jet...yes the jet the private jet!! Now all we have to do is kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride. I sat in between my sisters, and Joe was next to Nicole, Nick was next to Kaylee, and Kevin was just behind me. I reclined in my seat and fell asleep with my blanket and pillow. This is the life, we're all livin' the dream!!

Yayy! Guess what that was the last chapter! But look for a sequel called 'This is the Life!' to see what happens to the Jonases!
