Chapter 1

Alexandra (also known was Alex) was so ready for what the day would offer her. I mean if your the most popular girl in 6th grade, rich, and a superstar in basketball, soccer, and softball, who wouldn't be happy?Alexandra was wearing Betsey Johnson - Evening Lace Sequins Dress (Grey),Christian Louboutin - Studio 120 peep-toe pumps shoes, Betsey Johnson - Vintage Vicky Crystal Bow Pendant (Crystal) necklace,Dannijo Finley silver plated Swarovski earrings and Drap Silver Mesh Clutch Purse. Alexandra took fashion very seriously.

"Alex, babyyy you look so cute!," Tia, Alex's best friend said.


"Thank ya. Babyyy you look cute too!," Alexandra said. Tia and Alex always called each other baby( holding out the "y"). It was their "thing".


"Alex, I like your dress," said Kara. Or was it Carly? Alexandra had NO idea, but why care?


"Thanks?," Alex wasn't sure if she should like compliments from a girl who shops at Goodwill. Although, compliments are great. Alex was waiting for the bus, since she needed a walk this morning. Normally she would take her limo with Tia, Eva, Claire, and Kate. Not today. There was one thing Alex didn't like about YA (Young-stone Academy), there were no boys. When the bus pulled up to their stop, Alex forget about how the look of a yellow bus was so frighting. Alex quickly forget about it when she saw Eva and Claire waving from the window. For the whole bus ride to school, Tia talked about the new poodle puppy she was getting. Alex didn't talk much, because she had an odd not in her stomach, like something bad was going to happen. It slowly went away, the more compliments she got on the bus. As she stepped off the bus, she remembered she owned YA ( or so she thinks). She remembered she lived in LA. Why have worries, this was perfect. Alex was in first period when Wendy, the office aid at school, said her parents were here to come get here. What happened?, Alex thought. Her questions would be answered soon........
Chapter 2:

On the car ride home, her parents exchanged several whispers. None of which interested Alexandra. She was too busy texting Tia, Claire, Eva, and Kate.
Tia: where did u go?
Claire: ??
Kate: sick?
Eva: someone die?
Alex: not sure
Eva: did your pug die?
Alex: no, she is on my lap
Claire: y would her parents take her home if her pug died
Tia: it would b sad
Alex: u guys make no sense
Kate: i make sense
Eva: Ha
Tia: lol
Claire: xD
Alex: puh-lease!
Kate: i am funny
Tia: u wish
Alex: g2g home. c u guys 2nite
Eva: im glad its a half day
Alex: BYE!
Alex walked up the steps that led to her home. Her parnets seemed worried, more nervous than anything.
"Alexandra, can we talk?," her mom said. Alex took a seat on her bright pink bean bag chair. Her mom said it more like a command, not a question.
"We are mo...," her dad started.
"You can't make me move! I am fine here! Why did you do this to me?," Alex shouted.
"You will like our new home. Its bigger," her mom said.
"Is it still here, in LA?," Alex questioned.
"Its outside of Pittsburgh," her dad said.
" WHAT, ACROSS THE COUNTRY!?," Alex screamed louder.
" Yes, Alex. It will be hard...," her mom said.
"Da, I know it will be hard. It's January, the middle of the school. When are we moving?" Alex said, in a calmer voice.
"You will start school February 1st," her dad said.
" So today was my last day!?," Alex yelled.
"Yes, today was Friday. Your stuff is packed. You have 3 hours, our plane is at 9:00. We have to leave at 8:00," her mom said. Alex was already out the door, running to Tia's. All of a sudden, everything went black. Alex opened her eyes, she had dreamed that stuff. But, she really did move. It was Saturday morning. She had forgot about everything that happened on the plane, and at Tia's. Alex decided to explore her house. She had a pool, finally. Her room was all set up, it was very nice. All of a sudden, Alex heard laughing. Alex walked outside to see who it was, but she was stopped. "Alex you need a coat! Its 25 degrees!" Alex had only experienced weather that cold in Vancover when she went skiing. Alex threw her coat on and walked out side. The girls were average height. One had light brown hair and one had dark brown hair. They were both laughing. Then, they screamed "Bre," whoever that was. Soon, the were gone out of Alex's site. Alex decided she would pass her funless weekend by sleeping.

Chapter 3

t came. Monday. Alex was scared. The only thing she knew was she lived in South Park on Bristol Lane. Alex planned her outfit with care. She wore a red Telly Cocktail Dress,Martinez Valero Orli Pump - Ivory shoes, Large leather bag women in a pinkish red, NOVA PAINTED HEART TOTE BAG (her bookbag), Red pin tuck lightweight mac coat, Kenneth Jay Lane Disco Gypsy Earrings, and a Coral Teardrop Waterfall Necklace.
"Mom,is Larry going to take me to school?," Alex asked. Larry was her old limo driver in LA.
"No, Larry never came," Mom said.
"Well who will take me?" Alex asked. She knew the answer.
"Me," Mom said
"You can drive a limo?" Alex asked. She said it more like You can drive a UFO.
"No. We don't have a limo anymore," Mom explained.
"What do you mean!" Alex shouted.
"This isn't LA. That dress is..." Mom trailed off.
"It is fine!!!!!!!!" Alex yelled, once more.
"That's the last time, never mind,"Mom said, clearly not trying to push her luck.
Alex hopped into the white Escalade. As her mom rode down the windy street, she saw the brown-haired girl hop on the bus. Alex sighed. Even THAT girl as friends. But no, not me. I'm forced into this small town, Alex thought.
Alex's mom stopped in front of an old school. Alex was shocked. Sure it wasn't like YA, but it did have boys.
"Have a good day," her mom said. Alex closed the door. Today was NOT her day.

Chapter 4

Alex walked through the old building. She saw that brown-haired girl once more. That girl DID have a lot of friends. She was constantly giggling, with some other girls. Alex sighed. She walked to the office, where she got her locker and schedule. She had Mrs. Tomas for homeroom. Alex went to her locker. No one was at their lockers anymore. Alex soon mastered her combination. She threw her belongings in locker and headed to room 215. Mrs. Tomas was nice. "Your buddy will be Cassie Young," Mrs. Tomas said. "Cassie? Come here." Alex looked around the room. The brown haired girl got up. I HATE HER!, Alex thought.
Cassie came to the back of the room. "Cassie, this is Alexandra Hiss. Can you show her around?" Mrs Tomas asked, more demanding.
"Sure," Cassie replied. Cassie mouthed something to a blonde, and she laughed.
"Ok, first period you have Mr. Lid. His room his right there," Cassie pointed.
"Second period, its complicated."
"I'm not stupid," Alex snapped.
"I never said you were," Cassie said. " Second period is a three day thing. Day 1 you have Mr. Pool. He is really the health teacher, but you have him for study hall. I'll walk you to his room."
Alex walked. Her heels clicked-clanked on the tile floor. It reminded Alex of LA.But she was popular there she's new here.
"Here it is," Cassie said, bordely. "Day 3 you have gym. Lets walk there." Cassie sighed. Alex couldn't blame her. Who wants to be seen with the new kid?
"Where did you live before?" Cassie said, obivously trying to make small talk.
"LA," Alex replied sharply.
"Must be where you got your outfit," Cassie mumbled."This is the door to the locker room."
"I thought it would take you into a space ship," Alex mumbled.
"Look, Alexandra. Keep your comments to yourself, would ya?," Cassie demanded.
"Oh crap! I forget day 2. You have Miss Scanlon. She is next to Mr. Pool's room," Cassie explained."Period 3 you have Mr. Dot. I'll take you to his room."
"Hey Cassie!," a brown haired boy said.
"Hey Drew," Cassie said dryly.
"Who is the chick?" Drew asked.
"Al," Cassie started.
"Alexandra," Alex said. She had to make a move. Drew said something rude about Alex to Cassie. Cassie laughed.
"Here's Mr. Dot. Next is lunch. You know where that is. Period 5 and 6 you have Mrs. Angelo. She's across from Mrs. Tomas. Period 7 is art. Right here. Period 8 and 9 you have Mrs. Tomas. There," Cassie said. BEEP! The bell rang. As the blink of an eye, Cassie was gone. Alex spotted her with some of her friends. Alex felt small, like an ant. Like the world was scurrying along and she was just an ant, something waiting to get crushed. Alex no longer felt like a queen. She wasn't anymore. Alex walked by Cassie. "Hey Alexandra! Come here!," Cassie said. She sort of screamed since it was loud. Alex walked over to the group of girls.
"Hey," Alex mumbled.
"This is Abby, Alli , and Alexis," Cassie said. Abby was short with normal brown hair. Alli was tall with brown hair and some yellow highlights. Alli's haircut kind of looked like a mullet. Alexis was average sized with blonde hair.
"Hi, I'm Alex."
"Nice dress," Alexis said. Abby and Alli looked speechless. They had never seen a girl get so dressed up for school. Then Alexis, Abby, Alli and Cassie laughed about something and carried along with their lives. Alex walked to Mr. Lid's room. Alex realized that mostly everyone one was in their classrooms. Here I go, Alex thinks.
