Chapter one, The red envelope.
I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock, and light streaming through my windows, I reluctantly pushed off my pink and green blanket, and got up, I looked around my room, it was painted bright green, there was a dark hard wood desk, a couple book shelves lined a wall, in front of my room was a small sitting room, there was a large TV in there, with a WII, a black leather couch and two bean bag chairs were across from it. My closet was also huge, filled with designer clothes, I got dressed quickly, I wore jeans, and green coverse, with a black Coraline hoodie, I quickly brushed my long flaming red hair, and ran down the stairs, I grabbed a strawberry pop tart and ran out the door, dreading the day ahead.
The rest of my day did not go well, I failed a quiz in math, my favorite bag's strap broke, I had been taunted, at lunch, I had forgotten to bring something to eat, and had to eat the school food, which was, today, turkey sandwiches and carrots, both of which I hated, all my classes didn't go well after that, finally though, the school day was over, I ran on the bus feeling so relived the school day was over, I sat down in a back row, next to the window, and listened to everyone talk and joke, I felt a pang of loneliness, the school year may have just started, but I knew I wouldn't make many friends, everyone was so obsessed with looks, and once again, I was Kieza the invisible girl. Finally the school bus stopped in front of my mansion, yes, everyone at my school was very rich, but I disliked it. I ran off the bus with my hood up, and ran inside, and up to my room, I closed the door hard to the sitting room outside my bedroom, it was becoming stormy, I sat down in my chair and changed the channels, I was disappointed to find, Teen Titans wasn't on, I watched Chowder instead, the storm grew worse and worse outside my window, it unnerved me I must admit, suddenly my window flew open, wind gushed in, blowing my art around, a red letter flew inside, and landed on the floor.
Chapter two, A dark stranger.
I gaped at the letter, I slowly edged over to it and picked it up, written in sprawled black handwriting, said, Kieza, I shrugged and opened it, I almost screamed, the lights completely went off, a light bolted around the room and knocked over a lamp, I covered my head with my arms, thinking it dangerous, finally, it settled and hovered a few inches away from my eyes, I slowly reached toward it, there was an explosion of light, there were dots, all colors of the rainbow, then it all rushed together, it turned into a piece of paper, I looked at it, there on the paper, more words in the spidery black handwriting covered it, it said,
Kieza,
I am sorry if that, ah, unnerved you, it twas not my intention, I have something of great importance to tell you, if you wish to find out, come to the forest of erized outside your town, in one hour. you must come alone.

I stared at the letter, wondering if it would be a good idea to go, this Merezz seemed quite suspicious, but on the other hand, it might be a way to escape this life, the battle went on in my head for some time, finally I decided to go. I packed up my messenger bag, full of things I might need; a flash light, a box of matches, paper, a pen, and anything else I may need, I wrote my parents a quick letter, explaining about the note, I ran down the flight of stares, and ran into the cold evening air, not knowing what might happen.
Chapter three, Merezz .
I ran along the side walk, not stopping, as I neared the forest, my apprehension grew, and I started asking myself questions, who was this person? What did he want to tell me? why me? my running slowed, I had reached the forest.
I took out my flash light, moving the light across the forest, I ran in, feeling scared, and apprehensive, I stopped abruptly, there were little gold beams of light, marking a trail, I hesitated, then followed the trail, stopping in a clearing, no one was here, disappointed I sat down, not knowing what else to do, I hummed under my breathe, until I saw a note, it said, Look behind you. I shrieked and turned around, someone was standing there in the darkness.
I screamed, he said, "calm down!" I calmed down a little, and looked at him, he had shaggy black hair, yellow, with black slits for eyes, like a cat I thought, he was tall, and pale, I noticed he was about fourteen, the same age as me. I gaped at him, and asked, "What are you doing here?"
he grinned and said, "I'm Merezz.
I stared at him, "B-b-but your a kid!" I said startled, he grinned
"Where I'm from, I'm about the same age as you, where your from, I would seem ancient." He grinned at me, I gaped, thinking I shouldn't ask his age, I said, "Well what did you want to tell me?" I hoped I didn't sound scared.
"You have powers." He said, his expression grave.
Chapter four, The Academy.
I stared at him, a few minutes of an awkward pause continued, I finally asked, "What?" He nodded, "I do too, and many others, as you shall soon see."
"Prove it!" I said, my voice sounded harsh. He sighed, I watched as fire erupted around us, he plugged his ears, expecting me to shriek, I stared in shock, "What are my powers?" I asked in a urgent excited voice.
"All in do time,, but that is not the point, we, need you to spy for us." I stared at him, my mouth hanging open. "What do you mean, 'spy for you?' where, and on who?
I asked. The fire around us disappeared as he looked at me, I stared back, my eyes narrowed, "There is a special school, called The Darkwood Academy-
"Why is that a problem? I interrupted. He narrowed his eyes and said, "I was getting to that, please let me continue." He took a sharp intake of breathe, then continued, "We have learned, that they are not as they appear, a few people have gone missing there," when he saw my expression he hurried, "we are quite certain there okay, and happy though, but we want to know what's happening, you and some other kids we want to go in there." I stared at him, not knowing what to say, I stared into the forest for a moment, then said, "What of my parents?" He rushed to assure me they would not worry, and we would tell them you just got accepted to a boarding school, which is mostly true." I nodded, "Alright, I'll do it, but who are the others?"
"You will soon see, he winked, then vanished, into the cold night air.
Chapter four, Endings and a new beginnings and capture by the enemy.
I stared at the spot where he just was, finally noticing a silver rock lying where he had been, I slowly picked it up, my insides lurched, as I was taken to a different place, all around me swirled color and lights, flashed before my eyes, I passed out.
I awoke to hear the sounds of rough voices, I kept my eyes closed, feeling my hands and ankles tied, I listed to the angry voices, they seemed to speak in an odd language like none on earth, I slightly opened my eyes, we were in a canvas tent, a few mats went against one wall of the tent, there was also a couch, two cloaked men stood in front of me, I wanted to scream and run, but that did not seem wise, I heard an eerie voice whisper inside my head, "Keep pretending to be asleep."
I did as the strange voice said, wondering what was to come, there was an explosion of light, some people stormed in, I saw someone blurry stare down at me, I passed out again.
I woke up, my hands free, I was near a camp fire, about seven people sat on the forest floor, around the fire, I sat up, someone turned to me, a girl, about sixteen years old, "Oh, she's awake! She said, sounding very relieved, her and a boy rushed over to me, I noticed the boy was Merezz.
Part one of chapter four, Information and sad partings.
I stared at them, not knowing where I was, or what happened, "W-what happened?" I asked in a shaky voice, my throat felt like needles were poking at it. "You must eat," Merezz said, his face looked as white as a sheet. "No I want answers." I said a little more strongly. Someone shoved something in my hands, I looked down, it was a piece of bread, I swallowed it in a few bites, hunger overwhelming me.
"We are in the forest we first met in," He said in a shaky voice, "you had been captured by the enemy-"
"The ones you are to spy on." The girl cut in.
"I was getting to that," Merezz said annoyed, "let me start from the top;
There is a secret organization, called the Evening Sun, dedicated to trying to train magical kids for there evil purposes, lately, there have been a few people who have gone missing-"
"Are they okay?" I asked urgently.
"Can I not finish a sentence without someone cutting in?" Merezz snapped, "yes they are, people who look a lot like them have appeared in the academy, we need you to go there and spy."
