With the vision in my head, I grabbed my seamstress friend to assist me on this project. We created a pattern and headed to the fabric store. I knew the right fabric would jump out at me, so I looked and looked and then there it was! I didn't even look at the price, there was no need as I was going to need a small amount anyways and THIS was screaming I AM LONGHORN, so in the cart it went. Hooves and nose were going to be soft so that was pretty easy to find. I was soooo excited.
We did the feet first and they turned out great! I got even more excited when the body looked awesome and that material was the perfect material. The head was the last thing we did and to see him all finished I think he turned out great and Moo enjoys seeing a good friend named Bevo. I had talked about Bevo in my Cows and Moo's Adventures, had Moo looking and waiting for him so I was happy to finally reveal him. His first reveal pictures I made sure were in the dark (goes with the story)

So I knew it was a great 'not clear' picture cause the big reveal was in the next story HERE

Hope you enjoy my version of a longhorn, I just couldn't hold out any longer and just HAD to have one.

Bevo is just wonderful!! Fantastic job! Even if Ganz does make a longhorn, your Bevo will always be the most special and loved because he is your own creation! As a seamstress who makes some of my own patterns, I know there is a special attachment and pride for one's own creation that turns out so well.

That's adorable! He looks just like a webkinz! Awesome job! I don't know how you did it!! If I could, I would make a webkinz sea turtle, or a snow leopard....But I can't...It probably look like you have a three year old a needle, thread, and a sheet of fabric.....But great job to you!!
