All right guys, I'm back from la la land and ready to answer some quizes! I'll try to put a bold line in between each person. I'll start off with Pokadot, first post first serve.

You definitely care about loyalty, and bravery. Traits of a good Gryffindor student and a Hufflepuff one. Yet I can not see you in Hufflepuff, and your dislike of Slytherin would make you a good choice for

I see you can be very stubborn, and use your strength to an advantage, you hold your stance through most things. A tree quite like that is the Ash tree. Now for the core. Demeguise hair is the best core for transfiguration. It comes from the same animal that can produce hair to be spun into invisability cloaks. Now after you've got all your supplies, your nervously awaiting your name to be called and to be sorted. All to fast it appears on the list, and you sit on the stool.

"Hmmmmm, now where to place this one. You seem to have a little bit of each houses quality. What's that you say? Not Huffluff? Are you sure? You would do well there. Your very kind and considerate. Ah well, I guess I will listen to you this time around. Now to decide between Gryffindor, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff. No, not Slytherin. What's that you say? Ravenclaw? No, sadly not. But yes, you seek adventure. And some Gryffindor also have those small traits of HUfflepuffs and Ravenclaws? Better be:

The Birch tree is what I'm imagining for you, because of the fact that, where as your personality is stubborn and unyeilding, your ability is very agile and flexible. The Birch is a little bit of each. It is made up of thin, flexible, and papery layers, but they go together to make a strong, solid and unbending trunk.

Now for a core. You seem to see importance in all magic, from transfiguration, to charms like expeliarmus. A lot of cores might be for specifics like hexes, charms, transfiguration, ect. But you need a good sturdy one that would work for all magic. The phoenix is a very magical creature, good for all kinds of magic. It is also swift, yet sturdy like you. and a very good bird for "not taking chances" because of its healing properties. Yes Phoenix Feather is the core for you.

Now you have your pet, and it's time to be sorted. One by one your fellow first years are called up and suddenly they get to your name and you sit nervously on the stool.

"Ahhhhh. Hello. Are you ready to be sorted? Well let me see. Not Slytherin you say? Well, I would say your right. You wouldn't really fit into that particular house? Would you. Well, this shouldn't be too tricky. You might fit into Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. But you seem to value knowledge and wisdom most of all. You also ant a job where you could learn and be surrounded by books. Yes I've made me decision. Better be:

Birch is a branch with very thin and flexible layers. Good for your fighting style and personality, because, depending on length and core, it can be made into wands yielding or unyielding. First we must choose your wand wood. Hmmm. Your fighting style seems to be that your always thinking ahead, being quick, and stopping to think before doing anything suddenly. Reed should make your wand quick and precise. It is also very flexible and bendy, making it perfect for your wand!

Now we must choose a core. Yes, I know. Dragon Heartstring should to the trick. It is very good for hexes, and fits your personality. Dragons are smart creatures that are often a step ahead above there opponents. It should work well for you.

We must start with a wood. You seem to be somewhat stubborn, and favor attacking over defense. This makes you a good choice for Oak a tree that often represents strength. Oak is also associated with lighting, which is a force of attack.

Now for the core. Because of your favorite spell being Serpensortia, it makes me think you like snakes. Therefore what better then a Basalisk Fang to be your core. It should make you very powerful in terms of spells like that. The basalisk is also a creature that attacks "without thinking" as you say.
