1: NO RUSHING: We would appreciate it greatly if you wouldn't rush us, it totally doesn't help our concentration on our order!

2: WAIT: Waiting is one of the only things you have to do as a customer. Sometimes sites get blocked, or our programs aren't working. And there's computer problems too for example, one day i started an order, tried to type, and nothing came up. So please note those factors
USE THE FORMS: Please,it helps us to get your order done faster, if something you want isn't on a form, thats the only time its OK

3: CHECK YOUR FORMS: Whenever there's a ":" in the form you could've typed "8" or "(" or something like that, that would produce a smiley, please, put a space between the ":" and your order

4: RATE FAIRLY: Rating doesn't really matter to me and hosenfeffer, we just enjoy making graphics! But, when you come from a shop of your own that has a 1 star rating, and you rate us 1 star, which, you never know, might bring us down to a 1 star also. Please DON'T DO THAT! It is RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE, if you want to up your 1 star rating, i suggest taking a graphic school, maybe even mine [currently closed, sorry], cause then you have more graphics to offer, and more people come.
