Alright when you go to edit your signature, go to the bottom and hit browse to find it, just like tinypic.com, then hit preview, go to the bottom, hit inset signature picture. | | | |

Alright listen carefully.
1. Go to user control panel
2. Go to the bottom and hit browse to upload it like at tinypic
3. Hit preview
4. Go to the bottom and click on the link that says insert signature picture
5. It will appear in your sig, you can put the police officers beside it.
