What are Picture Avatars?

Picture avatars are pretty self explainable: any avatar that incorporates a picture. The picture can be used as a background, as seen on the first and last examples in the second row. They can have borders, as seen on the second and fourth examples on the third row. Furthermore, they can have text, or they can be without it.

What are Custom Profiles?

Everyone has a profile, which they can customize using pictures, or the given colors/designs. Or, you can use homeade graphics to spruce it up. As per your request, I can design your profile for you. This includes a custom background, title bars, a second background for text areas, comment boxes and modules, and a matching profile picture. See my profile for an example.
