Well..I have no re-sizing needs at the moment..but..I've always wondered. how do you make animated siggie's like yours? Other than slideshows..

I've resized a couple of different versions for you. I assumed you wanted it signature size... so that is what these are... they are still portable network graphic files too.

You can click them to open full size. They are currently hosted on my webspace so please save them to your computer! I may delete them at some point! The first one is the best I think...

I sure can! Let's see... the old version was... 66.7 kb... let's get that below 48.8...

I've made a few different versions for you... the first loses one of the early blinks in the animation and the second loses the star bubbles at the end and the third version just has every third frame removed... I hope one of them is what you want! But if not I can always try again!

My avvie and siggie were both made for me by my DH... basically he records whatever I want him to or in the case of my avvie uses movie clips from dvd's we have. I'm not sure what program he uses for that... I'll have to ask. Anyway, for the siggie I logged into WW and he used whatever program he did to record my webbies jumping around for a few seconds and then turned it into an animated gif file. You can see the larger version on my house thread here...

it's originally almost 5 MB which is fine for an animated pic, but not a siggy, so he removed a bunch of frames and shrunk it down! The last part is what I do here in this shop! That's not too difficult!

Perhaps at some point I will see about making those for others, but that would mean my having to make visits to other's webbie's houses to get the video, and lot's of work for my dh... who is so nice that of course he would...lol!

We both love doing this kind of thing! This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to my DH's graphix skills and of course I only do the easy stuff like shrinking gifs! My expertise lies in digital video editing and making DVD's...

I'm not sure why it does that on tinypic? When you save them to your computer they will save as gifs and retain the animation though! Or you can upload them to WI from the direct links for tinypic!
