i do to i think lardish is insulting, obese is to technical, and heavyset is usually and understatement

if im talking about myself i say fat. if im talking about someone else i say either obese, heavyset or big boned.

fat or big. but usely i don't talk about peoples weight unless they say something like "do i look skinny to you" or "do you think i'm fat?" but most of the time people never ask that.
