Glad it helped. Main problem {beyond them ignoring the problem} is that this isn't even the wiki glitch thread {which was finally put on the main wiki glitch page, partly wrong at that} but that people still aren't seeing it. It's why I didn't want to take this one off in any way; hopefully people will keep seeing it, quit buying and quit putting in.

Luck to you when you do get to put them in, and hold off on the TC {codes} as well; they're giving duplicates plus it's all wshop lowball not even trading card prizes, sheesh.

What's even worse is no telling how long different parts of the problems have been going on; the duplicate base {or other unneeded} cards is messed up so that's a major reason why more people haven't finished their binders. It's ridiculous of them to lowball so called prizes, take forever {and buying a lot of cards} to finish out a section or all the sections to get grand prize then find out that their 'random' cards are definutely not random but purposely set to get more money for even less output for the ww member. To add insult to injury they are saying the only problem out of all the problems listed that they are acknowledging in any way is duplication of the cards when that is duplicates even within the same 5 pack {say two to five even of the same exact card in open pack} when it's that and so much more but they're saying even that problem isn't something they're worried about, not something they're working on, and not something they plan to work on! The duplication is also in every single pack, getting the same 5 cards over and over and over, so there's not even a way to get the needed cards. To top that off it's not even crediting all 5 cards, I know this for a fact as well since my cards aren't divisable by 5 which duh of course they should be since each pack I put in had 5 cards so they're gipping me out of cards on top of all the rest.

I recently bought 20 packs of cards for my two nieces, and was very disappointed by them. The amount if cash they received for their codes was very low (between $100-$200KC) and their other prizes consisted mainly of clothes from the WShop or coupons. In ten packs they received one rare item (the monitor from the science collection) and one trading card sofa.

They too received a lot of duplicates of the duplicate cards.

As a result, it seems to me that it is more like gambling when you buy a pack of cards, rather than "collecting." This is not a habit I want my nieces to start.

Sorry I meant "virtual" cards.

I hadn't thought about it that way, the gambling part, but you definitely have a point. They {techs and CSR there} are saying we are whining and whinging on about duplicates -- told them well yeah when it's pack after pack of exactly the same cards basically. There is no reason that it should take something like 4-7 boxes {actually I'm up closer to 9 split somewhat between 1 and 2} to open up one binder -- at 36 cards a box those 9 boxes of mine cost {per pack pricing} close to a 1000 real dollars. That's ridiculous. Even with discounting for box buys how often do kids get to buy whole boxes. It is gambling you're right.

Why is Ganz not fixing this issue? I still need to complete my collection, plus this has been going on to long.

Because they said, point blank, that they don't consider it any kind of issue or problem or even 'glitch' of any kind; that basically we are whining and whinging on because we aren't getting the missing cards fast enough to finish the binder{s}. I explained, three more times in 4 total different ways, what the problemS are, how many people are being affected, and how many boxes and boxes have done this and continue to do this. I got the same 'answer' again; it's not an issue, they don't plan on fixing it because they don't consider it broke or whatever, and they just don't care {this last part is my guess and opinion based on all the facts}.

P.S. I also entered all this information plus more as well as all sorts of pictures and a whole bunch more people entering in comments with information in to the wiki glitch thread; it's been months just since all that and they still are doing absolutely nothing {unless you count ignoring everything something}.

I actually never really looked at this thread before but I thougth I'd relay my experiences so far. Actually I have had a problem with getting a variety of prizes with the only thing that I really get duplicates of is the Egyptian Majestic Throne, which I don't mind. I have got a lot of duplicates as far as cards are concerned but I got that problem solved for my sister's account, who I mainly gave the codes to. About a month or two ago I started seeing the duplicate cards appearing, which I hadn't before then, and called Webkinz. The lady told be that it was a problem with the coding with the binders and that she would have the tech perosn look into it. I asked when would this be resolved and was told that they would call be back in an hour and took down my number and information. I thought that I wouldn't hear from and would call and complain again tomorrow. In an hour I actually got a call back from and they told me that they WERE working on the problem. They said that since I had enough cards that I should have finished the set they would give the prizes to me but it would not show up in the binder that it was complete till everything was fixed. That was for series 1 though not the series 2. I have noticed though that since that point if I entered codes in for series 1 all I get is recipe food items.

When I finally got through to someone a bit back {not that long ago a few weeks back} the CSR said the person {tech} handling things like this was gone for the weekend but she'd pass on all the information and he would call or email me back. Instead not too long after the call she called back and said she'd talked with a couple of other techs who told her to pass on the information that it was a not a problem, they were not going to look in to it any further, and that even close to 8 boxes total {that's about equal split between the binders so almost 4 boxes for each give or take} was not 'too much' -- it did not change anything that I have offered screen shots of cards I have gotten, that I needed {and still need} that were obviously not counted in to the binder with gotten cards. They refused to finish out by inserting the cards or to give over the prizes.

I told them four different ways that it was more than just getting the same cards 'too much' as in not often enough getting the needed ones or whatever; explained, in detail each time, just what all is wrong, but they just don't care. About the time you started seeing the duplication problems was when they started messing with the coding to set up selling the beds {the main prize for series 1 and 2} in the estore and no way do I think it's a coincidence in the time nor in the fact that is also when the 'prizes' started to get even worse {not that they were ever that great 'odds' but better than lately}.

How many cards do you have in each binder, or how many boxes worth or whatever?
