Well, we have adopted 3 mystery pets and I have another that I just won. I am afraid to adopt it to my account. lol
Several months ago, I had some extra money ad I chanced upon an awesome sale on all things webkinz because a specialty store was going out of business. I bought lots of trading cards as well as webbies. I ended up with 3 mystery pets and a magical retriever, who remains unadopted to this day because I lost the card in May and only just found it last week.
My first MP I named Rune (which means magic or mystery). It was a dalmation, which was cool because I did not have one on my account.
A couple weeks later, I gave my next MP to my older son and he named him Chocolate Chip. It turned out to be a chicken, which was his first and good thing we had waited to adopt the chicken I had just bought him. lol So, he gave his chicken to his little brother.
That same day, my younger son adopted the 3rd mystery pet and decided to name him Jo Jo. Can you guess what that one turned out to be?? A chicken!!! Needless to say they were both disappointed since neither of them really liked the chicken in the first place. 
I gave my nephew the code from the chicken and now my sons share the plush. (It's the one toy they will never fight over.)
Now you know why I am afraid to adopt the MP on my account. I don't want a chicken. 
So, I am kinda in a dilemma....shoud I keep the MP and hope for the best or should I give it to one of my boys since they just love adopting new pets? But I only have one and the other will feel slighted. |
