The original release of the old-style carriers had codes that didn't give you a choice of which wardrobe you were going to get. They just gave you the wardrobe with the balloons on it.
All other carriers have codes that give you a choice of which wardrobe you get. In October 2008, the wardrobe with the balloons was removed from the choices. That's why we consider it to be "retired".
The only way to get the wardrobe with the balloons on it now is to find one of the really old carriers. Unfortunately, there isn't any way to know which of the old style carriers have the old code. |
