I went into Learning Express today to get a Webkinz for my cousin, and on a shelf of webkinz stuff. It had holes on the outside to put their head through the bag. I left my camera in the car. There were webkinz inside it. |   | |

From what I gather it is not a Webkinz item...It is called a JackPopz carrier. They come in a variety of colors and you can carry more than one pet in it. Here is a Pic
