i found one diamond.... and it said no promtion at this time. then i went back in later and did manage one code. i am afraid to enter it, as some are having with the issue of being told the code has been used already. i hope that gets fixed for those who got the code and it didin't work. i am scared now to do mine.

We did well with the witch dress. It is very cute. I was able to find enough diamonds for each account who wanted it. My boys didn't want it on their accounts. I was also able to win them for my friends who couldn't see the diamond so they are happy.

that is so sweet of you to be able to help your friends like that. way to go. kudos to you.

Ditto to all the frustration with the trick or treating. I am here in the wee hours hoping the ghost will appear on my Asian account. I am such a completionist, this is going to drive me bonkers. At one point I had 6 windows open, 3 accounts going, and the laptop open in the kitchen while cooking...I have 3 pieces on 3 accounts......

i am amazed at your "stick to it" attitude where the ghost is concerened. happy trick or treating. i just don't have THAT much patience....and i DO have a lot.

Wowee!! You are doing well! I just found my third piece of candy on my Asian account a few minutes ago and am working on my second pieces for my American accounts. It doesn't seem much better today. I have been waiting a long time for the ghost to arrive.

I was up until 3am waiting for the ghost. Just when I thought an event couldn't be worse than one before it.... This one IMO is worse than fall fest. At least with fall fest you can still do your activities while waiting for the leaves. It's events like these that make me think about all the money I have put into webkinz and for what? To get to waste my weekend in hopes of seeing a ghost? I could not do it. But like everyone else, I like to collect everything I can in the game. I'm not feeling very optimistic about completing this game at the moment. But good luck to everyone!

i have actually made a decsion not to even try to hunt for the ghost. computers are freezing up on people, people not getting the candy and being logged off..... not worth it imho!!

i did get two more dresses this am and the codes worked. woooohoooo!! so i am happy with that!!!

i hate not being able to get in here. thankfully all is good in

I'm with you on this one, I've been working too much and it's frustrating when I have a few minutes to relax, there's no ghost to be found...managed 1 on my asian Friday night and just 2 on my main....love to collect all the candy, doesn't seem like that will happen...too much time waiting!

The ghost/trick or treating is worse than fallfest, everyone in the clubhouse is bored too!
If they are ramdomly going from room to room Ganz needs to increase the cycle time! I've read some people wait hours, a ghost should cycle in a room every 15 minutes, period.

Only got 1 ghost yesterday, but got 3 today!!! It really is a voodoo art trying to find him - LOL!!! I know I won't be able to get all 12 with my work schedule, so I don't know why I am bothering. I have been reading up on the new policies and the whole thing on duplication on the threads here....it is so scary!

This ghost hunt is sooo frustrating. I managed to get two candies on my main account yesterday. Nothing on the other two. This morning I got 1 more and also one on my signature account so that is 4 total. I can't seem to find the ghost at all on my asian account. since it is so difficult they really should have made it once per hour as stated on the news page rather than the 3 hours the ghost seems to be enforcing if you can even find him. Mom has been a bit luckier and already has 4 candies on her account.

I got 4 Diamonds before I went to bed friday night and all the codes worked for us. I have more from yesterday that I have to try to put on our accounts so hopefully they will be good. Unless I open up some new e-mail accounts I'm done with the diamonds.

yes that duplication thing is really a big issue. i am, at this point in time, kind of happy that i have not done any trading in the trading room. i have given it thought, but have opted out as it is hard enough for me to get the time to go get doug to trade with.

i got one candy..... i think i am happy with that. there are just too many issues and i simply do not have the time to just hang in a room and wait.

i got 3 diamonds and i am also happy with that. this hunting and waiting and looking and searching and waiting and waiting and waiting........ just has actually frayed my nerves.

Congratulations on winning the chandelier!! It is so pretty!! i won a disco jacket today and the rest was food items except for a blue hat on my asian account.

I agree totally with your cycle for the ghost. It is ridiculous how long it takes to find him sometimes!!

As for the codes, I had a problem with one of my codes. I don't know about the other as my husband hasn't forwarded it to me yet. I hope you are able to get one for each of your daughters!

I'm hoping they will fix the ghost tomorrow and he will appear more frequently so everyone can collect all the candy.

I haven't traded in a long time and never for a super rare item like that, but I think it's sad that someone did this.

Congratulations on finding those diamonds! They were definitely easier to find than the ghost!! That's great that your mom's account is doing so well!

Okay, here is my ghost finding procedure...

I don't sit on the computer all day. I just don't have time for it. But I do take my laptop to whatever room I'm working in and check on my pet periodically so I don't get logged off. When I hear the ghost, I just go to the computer and click on him. I have my sound turned up all the way! It's funny because it's really loud when he pops in a room! Tonight, we were watching "The Shining" and they were zoomed in on Jack Nicholson's face as he was chasing his son into the shrubbery maze when the ghost popped into the room and did his MWAAAA HAAAA HAAA!!!! I think we all jumped! LOL I've gotten a lot done around the house this way and was able to wait for the ghost, too!!

I hope you all have better luck tomorrow with the hunt!!
