So I went through my Trading Car 4 box, only 6 posters, and tons of clothes, but I am still looking for those last 3 pieces of the collectors furniture. Sigh. So, it would have been a great box otherwise, but I didn't find what I was looking for!

yes, that dealership wanted more than what we had and didn't want to talk it out, so we went elsewhere. we made our purchase at the other place..IN CASH, i must add.... then after the deal was in place..... the ford place called and tried to offer in our price range and it was too late for them and for me.

I have at least one of everything now for series 4 so am taking a hiatus for a while on buying trading cards. We are having some financial issues so are trying to cut back. I do plan on buying the signature cat next month, though! It looks awesome! And probably the iguana for my son! We don't seem to have the Tawny pup here. It's very weird.

yeppers..their loss...... i had really wanted that car.

i want everyone to always feel free to come just to chat even if there are no cards to report about. even just post a picture of a new room with some items in it to show off. maybe do a collage of pictures of your pets wearing the new outfits...or some of the more hideous old ones!!!! anything, anytime....any way, anyhow!!!!!!!

i am still hunting for pieces and will probably be hunting for a while. i ,too, feel the $$$$ crunch, but i try really hard to make do in some way, even if it is small.

i have like nothing from the series 4 except taby v. meow cocoa,2 fluffinton busts,the purple polka dot walpaper and a few other things!

What are you still looking for? It took me lots of cards to find everything I needed. I don't have nearly as many furniture pieces as I do of the furniture in series I and II and I bought about as many boxes. I know you have purchased a lot of cards, too! I hope you can find what you are missing in your next box! When I have some extra cash, I will probably buy some packs here and there and see if I can get a few more sombreros and ponchos. I just LOVE them!! It's weird, I found so many of the other clothing items but not very many of those.

The cocoa was very hard for me to find. I did finally end up with two of those! You are lucky to find it so quickly! It takes a while to find everything and lots of packs. I wish you luck in finding the pieces you want quickly!

thnx! i can't even buy boxes cause i don't have the money and yeh i only get 1 or 2 packs at a time!

how much do boxes cost?? i mean like on the internet i nly have $21 and something change so yeah!

on the internet you can find series one for about 49. the other series run from 69 and up depending on who you look at.

by the way...the series 4 wall paper is absolutely stunning in a room.

cool i am like waiting4 he moent when i realy need to use it so i don't lose it!!! i really luuuuv purple so i was excited when i got it! but i so ca't afford paying that i am better off going to justice and buying 5 packs *my mom works there and gets a 30% off disount on everthing all the time!

i caved and bought a set of the webbies at costco on line and they come with 10 packs of trading cards. it's 9.97 .......which is 2 webbies, 10 packs of cards and free shipping. if you are not a member they add a 50 cent surcharge.

so anyhow...... i am expecting this box to arrive by midweek. they are not series four.... but i am tickled at the price.
2 webbies @ (just say) 13.00 = 26.00
10 packs @ (just say) 2.25 = 22.50
shipping @ (just say) 6.00 or my going sales tax.. 4.18 and gas...
so that is on the open market..... 52.00 to 54.50.

with the surcharge this sale only totaled was 11.37. what an awesome deal. so whenever the new purchase comes in.... i will post those results.
