So did you get your gift box? I finally got into Customer Service at 5 til 5, after 6 weeks of being unsuccessful - (constant busy signals) They just told me it was a glitch...didn't take my name or anything. I am really irritated over the gift box. ARGHHHHH!!!!!
They also told me that the magical forest is just random chance based on an algorithm, which was irritating too. The guy had no idea what I was talking about when I told him my "level was stuck" on common for Woodland Wonders, even though I have 60+ figurines. He told me it was my computer....and then said "Well I haven't gotten any prizes either"...and then said "why don't you try buying zums? it will increase your chances." And I thought, "Are you crazy? Why would I buy something else that isn't going to pan out?"

I'm not usually so negative, but it drives me crazy talking to workers where you know their product better than they do and don't get a straight answer. The person was very nice, but did not help at all.

no gift box yet... they said it could take up to 48 hours. the rep was nice, i must say.

i got 2 kinz klips and put one on one account and one on another. i keep losing the challenges and am starting to get a ton of that zum food!!!!!

all we can do is wait. i know it is not what we want to hear.... but the positive note is the e-store points DID kick in.... now there is nothing to buy

As you know, I've had those days. Nobody LIKES to feel negative but some days it just gets to you. It is annoying how their algorithms work and all the glitches. Sometimes it just helps to share with those who understand. With all the accounts we have in our home, it sometimes appears that less is more because on some of my accounts with less items on it and I don't spend much time on, the spins yield better results. In the woodland forest, my son's account with 30 figures finds the fun items much better than my account with 50 figures. It's really bizarre. But my accounts with only a few figures only find food, figures, seeds, and sap glop. I do find the woodland forest annoying. But the Zums, I've been doing well on all accounts. It's weird. I hope it doesn't change!

No gift boxes for me yet. You should call again. I basically told the man that I had read a post saying that if we didn't receive our May deluxe gift box, we were to call and give our account information to get on some list. He was very nice and took all my information and my phone number and told me he would call me back tomorrow. I hope you have better luck tomorrow if you call! Some reps are better than others.

I had trouble with the challenges at first but am getting better with practice. I also found that I had better luck with the camera if I didn't really try to aim it. I just click it when the square in the center turns green whether there's a dot in there or not. I started to get more zum pictures that way. Sometimes there wasn't even a dot in the little square. Not sure thsi will work for you, but it works for me! Good luck!

I crash and burn with the cloud challenge. I think the negative #'s throw me for a loop. I keep getting cupcakes.
The prizes for Zums look very cool... I hope I can save up enough marbles for the cloud car!!!

Don't worry Littledog, my levels are stuck too in Woodland. Infact the figurines I purchased from the Estore didn't add to my total!! UGH!!

the problem for me with the cloud challenge is the clouds move so slow and with the timer if you can't see the clouds underneath to KNOW what the number is..... you can't make the decision to to click or not. if you wait till the cloud clears...the timer runs out.

Well, I finally got all my silver keys yesterday, got the pink crystal...so excited....I wish I would get more keys and less seeds and sap glop...Woodland Forest is a dissapointment in the amount of prizes, but at least I've won enough seed packs to have a pretty nice garden on my asian account...
I was doing really good for a while in Zumwhere, now it's like I get food every time...wonder if they changed the odds...hope not, I was looking forward to spending those marbles...

I'll try to post a picture this evening of my crystal...wish it was a little bigger...

way to go!!! that crystal is so lovely. i agree that it should be bigger. i started a garden on one account that had no garden (i hadn't intended to start one there) since the other accounts were so overloaded with crops. now this garden is buzzing from all of the seeds. i just got some pumpkin seeds this morning and thus a new crop!!!! soon this one will be over run, too.

I did better with the clouds when I didn't worry about the time. At first I would stress and try to do it so fast that I would miss one or accidentally click on the wrong cloud. Now I slowed down and am able to pass the challenge fine. My biggest issue is the picture where you turn the pieces to make the puzzle. I'm always just a second away from finishing the last puzzle when I fail. Some of them, I can't tell how it's supposed to be when it's just a piece of the sky.

Congratulatios on passing the cloud challenge! Wonder why the clouds move so slow for you? I did this challenge on my dinosaur of a desk top yesterday and it didn't seem too bad.

Congratulations on getting the crystal! It's really pretty! I won that last week on my oldest son's account. It's really cute but I agree, it would be nicer if it was bigger.

I've been sending seeds to all our accounts but I think I'm going to have to start selling or gifting them as it takes so long to garden. I wish they would come out with some new seeds for the wshop. Flower seeds would be cute!
